Exceeded our expectations!

Such a great location- we visited the beach, wineries, bars and have a spacious home to relax and cook in. I would recommend and would stay again!

Fantastic weekend in Michigan

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very comfortable & tastefully decorated. The location was great! Still close enough to everything in the area but away from the hustle & bustle. We would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home again if we get the chance!

Great time in Harbor Country!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Every detail reflects the owners’ great care. They were very helpful throughout our stay as well, checking in and quickly responsive to questions. Definitely hope to make a return visit!

Beautiful home in the heart of Harbor Country

We loved staying in this well-appointed home. The landscaping and outdoor spaces are truly lovely. We spent many mornings and evenings on the screened porch. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and put many personal touches(fridge stocked with beverages, s’mores ingredients) on the property to make it extra special. We can’t wait to return!

Best week of the year!

We had a wonderful stay at the Krafts cottage! It is a beautiful home ~ well decorated with perfect common space for our family. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the dads and kids enjoyed playing catch in the backyard ~ as well making a fire and smore's in the fire pit. The Harbert beach was great ~ easy to get to and parking wasn't a problem. One day we even went to Cherry Beach, which is lovely and not far from the cottage. The Heintzelman Family thanks the Krafts very much!

Girls Getaway

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic time at this house. It is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished - so clean. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Appreciate the beverages and s’mores ingredients. We visited the beach, wineries, breweries, and spent a lot of time relaxing in the home enjoying the fireplace in Autumn and three season room. We are already looking forward to next visit!!

What a Treat!

A beautiful home that contains everything a family could want -upgraded furnishings, a big deck with ample seating, and a well-stocked fire pit. Our daughter held a bachelorette party during part of our stay and she had a great time with her friends. They went sailing and did a wine tour. They also enjoyed walking to the nearby beach. This home is centrally located to many fun activities. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. What a treat!

Summer Vacation

My son and family (4 children 13,10 & 7 year-old twins) had a wonderful week staying at this cottage. They had previously stayed there last year and are hoping to come back again. The cottage was very clean and very functional with lots of space. The master bedroom is on the main floor with 2 other large bedrooms on the second level (one could be used as the master bedroom if you had a baby). The supplies for s'mores were greatly appreciated.

Perfect long weekend!

Such a great house. Had anything you might need or want. House was super clean and comfortable. Felt right at home! Good location to walk to lake or scoot around by car. We were 2 couples for 4 nights and golfed during days. Great porch too! Host were super quick to respond with any questions we might have.

Great family getaway

Stayed in this lovely vacation home for long weekend with extended family. Beautifully decorated, great location with beach trail behind property, wonderful amenities to enjoy the outdoors -firepit (and s’mores fixings), large outdoor eating area, and more!

Family Vacation in Michigan

I rented this cottage for my son and his family (four children ages 12-6) as I live in the area - the cottage was perfect for their needs. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay in Michigan. The cottage was very clean, beautifully decorated and had plenty of space. The fire pit was used several times for s'mores (Graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate and wood were provided). There were plenty of beach towels. All of the appliances worked well and were spacious. The location of the cottage was close to coffee and pastry shops as well as restaurants. My family said they certainly would be very happy to stay in this cottage again.

Perfect weekend in MI

We had such a fun weekend celebrating Rachel's bachelorette. The house was exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed the firepit and the smores supplies were such a nice surprise :) Great access to the beach from the house, and we lucked out with perfect weather. Would highly recommend staying here for a weekend getaway in MI!

Michigan getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the inside home amenities and the backyard were perfect. We loved the short drive to Cherry Beach and we went daily. This was our favorite beach in the area! The living spaces were perfect for hanging out. It felt like home!

Perfect home in Harbert!

We can't wait to return! This lovely home was the perfect spot for a reunion of four girlfriends, two from Chicago, two from the East Coast, for a fantastic fall weekend. We spent an entire morning luxuriating in the three-season room screened-in porch, loving our coffee and catch up. We had plenty of space, the home is beautifully appointed, beds super comfy, immaculate -- the still alive ferns and hydrangeas surrounding this gorgeous home topped it all off. Thank you, Mark & Julie -- we hope to return soon to your perfect home!
