About the Salty Snook: Our Home is a Unique Gulf Front with Views Beach House! Boaters - Private Dockage available for up to a 30' Boat! Perfect Tropical Island Getaway for a Relaxing Vacation, Unbelievable Wild & Sea Life, Fishing & Shelling! Very Private 3 BR, 3 Full Baths located in Safety Harbor Club with its' Club Amenities included. Beautiful Home Reversed Model Floor Plan offers the Main Living Areas Upstairs & 3 BRs Downstairs almost 2000 Sq Ft of Living Area! PLUS Private Beach Access & Complimentary Golf Cart with your stay!

Upstairs Enjoy an Open Floor Plan with Vaulted Ceilings with Slider Doors that Open to the Upper Level Porch, as well as a Spacious Inviting Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas. Additional Private Screened in Porches are Located off of Two Bedrooms Downstairs. True Beach House with Relaxing Casual Furnishings and Amazing Sunsets off of your Back Porch. This Beautiful Beach Home has a Private Path to the Beach through Safety Harbor. Enjoy use of Safety Harbor Club Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis and Over the Waterfront Members Restaurant. Please note: Pool is currently being modeled projected to be completed end of July 2025. The Pool at Mangos is open to the Public for guests that want to Enjoy a Community Pool.
One Complimentary Golf Cart is included. Dockage Fee can be reserved with your reservation for Safety Harbor Club Wharf for $60.00 per day. Please inquire at time of booking!

Logistics: Guests either drive or arrange transport from an Airport to their chosen ferry. Guests pay for a ferry/water taxi from Pineland, FL to North Captiva Island. Guest Paid Parking is available at either of the ferries companies should you need to park a car(s). Once on Island, Guests are picked up with their luggage, groceries etc. and transported to The Salty Snook. Further Detailed Instructions will follow after booking. Please make sure to buy Trip Insurance! Please make sure not to book flights, cars etc. until your reservation is confirmed. Check in is by 4PM or thereafter and Check out is by 10AM unless otherwise arranged ahead of time.

1) Mangos (North Captiva Island Club Pool & Bar open for Lunch and Dinner)
2) Over the Waterfront (Safety Harbor- open Wed- Sun for Dinner)
3) Barnacles Mainstay - Barnacle Bar and Mainstay Restuarant open daily for Lunch and Dinner. Please note all hours etc. are subject to change.
