If you're planning a vacation in Santa Rosa Beach, look no further than this beautiful home near Blue Mountain Beach and Point Washington State Forest. This nature inspired, craftsman style, 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home offers breathtaking
west-facing sunset views from the spacious porches. The open living area features a
fabulous kitchen with custom cabinets, high end appliances including large gas stove, loads of countertop prep space, and a breakfast bar for four. Sit down for meals at the indoor table for eight or outside in the furnished, screened-in porch where you can dine to the sounds of nature or take in the great views of the wooded areas backing up to Redfish Lake.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and includes a private bath. Upstairs you'll find a versatile landing, 3 guest bedrooms, 2 baths and a large outdoor porch area for sunbathing and sunset watching.
For socializing and entertainment, this vacation rental includes a cozy living area with cable-equipped TV, plus an upstairs loft with a second TV and comfy, kid-friendly furniture. For sleeping options, this home features a total of four cozy bedrooms, three of which include en suite baths, while two offer access out to an upper-level balcony. Welcome to Sunset Vibes 30A!
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a twin sofa bed in the loft.
In addition to the full kitchen there is a minifridge around the corner just outside the first floor master bedroom.
Your stay includes access to the community pool.
Also included will be all bed linens, starter soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom.
This part of Florida has bears that can get into cars and trash. Please be bear aware during your stay.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles, 2 in the driveway, one spot in front of the house.
From May thru August we are a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental. If you need to arrive on different days, or are interested in more or less than 7 days, please contact us for options.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
