Close to the beach and air conditioned! Enjoy all that the Cape has to offer within walking distance, including beaches, shops, restaurants, entertainment at the renowned Melody Tent and ferries to Marthaā€™s Vineyard and Nantucket. This spacious beach cottage has hardwood floors, outdoor shower (seasonal Memorial Day - Labor Day), private back deck, and gas grill. This is the perfect summer getaway for couples, families, or friends.

Hardwood floors, fully air conditioned, open floor plan, renovated interior, master suite, private yard, gas grill, and laundry in the basement. This spacious 3-bedroom home has 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower making it easy for the whole family to clean off after a sandy day at the beach. Sit back and relax in our private back yard and grill dinner on the gas grill. We also have a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. Our two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels and washcloths. Guests will also have access to beach chairs and beach towels. Rain in the forecast is no problem here with the spacious living space inside to do a puzzle or play board games.

We are half a mile from Keyes Memorial Beach and the famous Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port and a mile from the excitement of Main Street where you can shop and enjoy a lobster roll or clam chowder. Not a seafood lover? Enjoy one of the many other cuisines Hyannis has to offer. Two miles down the road you will find the beautiful Craigville and Covell's Beaches. Two miles in the other direction you can hop on the ferries to Marthaā€™s Vineyard or Nantucket for the day.

This cottage is centrally situated making day trips to other parts of the Cape a breeze, including historic Chatham, Wellfleet Flea Market, and the lively Provincetown. This cottage has everything you are looking for during your Cape Escape!

The house was adorable. Very quaint and charming. The lighting in the middle bedroom was poor. You had to use the ceiling light and to reach that you need to climb on the bed to pull the chain. There was not a nightlight or nightstand lamp in working condition. Also, the smoke alarm went off for no known reason. We brought in a lamp from the living room, thinking that would work in the bedroom and it mustā€™ve been the outlet because the lamp worked in the living room, but not in the bedroom. There were two tiny flashlights on the nightstand, knowing that it was dark in the room without the lights.

Close to everything in Hyannis. We laughed that everything we wanted to go to was 7 minutes away. Home was comfortable and clean. Only drawback is the driveway is a little tricky getting in and out. The road is a little busy. But we would stay there again.

The place is exactly as photographed. It was very clean. It was in a good location to get to a couple local beaches by car ( not really walkable with a child). It was central to the cape so easy to take day trips. The only tricky part was the driveway is in a four way intersection so made it a little hard getting in and out.

The house was clean and well decorated. The owners were great about communication and responding to any questions and problems. The only complaint I had is that the backyard was very overgrown, so there were a lot of bugs and critters around. We were able to grill outside but not sit outside because it was unpleasant. It did not take away from our stay however. The inside of the house was beautiful and comfortable with adequate household items and supplies for cooking.

This was a great place with a wonderful location the only con would be pulling out of the drive way but even that was not too bad just took some time due to it being on a corner. That would not prevent me from renting from it again. Loved it.

Nice little family getaway. Even with not the best weather many things to do. House is beautiful inside. looks like the pictures! Kitchen is very well stocked. check in was easy communication great!

We had a wonderful stay. House was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. Ideal Location and Cozy Comfort Near Hyannis Harbor

We had a wonderful stay in Barnstable! The home was welcoming and was decorated super cute with plenty of room for cooking lounging and dining. It was the perfect home base for exploring Cape Cod. Each bedroom had its own split heater, which made the stay extra comfortable no matter the time of day. The location was idealā€”just a quick drive to Hyannis Harbor, we visited the JFK Hyannis Museum, took in some mini golf and local shops. The house was clean, well-stocked, and nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved being so close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and convenient Cape Cod getaway!

Perfect Location & Darling Decor

We were a family making our first trip to Cape Cod for our sonā€™s wedding in Hyannisport - used VRBO map to find closely located homes and I am particular about furnishings, decor, outside space and parking. So fortunate to find this home that ticked all boxes. Interior is well represented by the photos. Just darling. Comfortable seating and beds, nicely appointed bathrooms, kitchen had all we needed. AC units worked very well. Driveway wasnā€™t as challenging as other guests posted. Perfect location.

Great spot!

Nice house within walking distance (15 mins) to Keyes Memorial Beach, which was pretty secluded and chill, very family friendly in late August. Itā€™s on a busy corner, but a five minute drive to Main Street, which was great. Plenty of space, very comfortable rooms, would definitely recommend!

Super clean, easy and themed

Great place for a small group of friends to stay. We cane for a bachelorette during the off season and had great access to beaches and stores etc. Probably best to have a rental car to get around unless you want to order ubers a lot

Spring break at Cape

We loved the place, it was very clean and exactly as pictured/described. It made for a great base location for exploring the Cape. There are several beaches within a mile or less. The only challenge was rhe driveway being so close to the intersection. There wasnt a lot of traffic and it was tricky as people tend to roll through the stop signs. Loved the place and would stay again!

Cute house

We stayed for a girls getaway weekend and the house was great. It was very clean and the decor was perfect for a cape getaway. Location is close to beach and downtown. Its a busy road so traffic was the only downside. I would definitely stay again.
