"Beach House"

Brand new construction with pool on premier gulf-side location of Fort Myers Beach. Rebuilt after Hurricane Ian--same great location, same great host! Professionally decorated and just steps from the ocean! Updated with quality finishing, this 4BR, 4BA home is fully outfitted with everything you'll need for your beach getaway.

The spacious, bright living room has plenty of seating and a large-screen TV. It opens to the fully-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar. The separate dining area comfortably seats 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

This gorgeous home sleeps up to 12 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed, coffee station, and private deck. Home is also equipped with an elevator. The three additional bedrooms have a second king, a third king, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds. A queen air mattress is available for an additional 2 guests.

Enjoy the conveninece of laundry facilities with a full-size washer and dryer, gulf-side beach access steps from your door, and gorgeous sunsets from the deck!

Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, groceries, and more! Visit Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait.

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $200 fee.

We recommend travel insurance for your protection. Please make note of our cancellation policies.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only March - August. If you are looking for different dates, please ask.

Note: Previous home was destroyed during Hurricane Ian, so this is a brand new rebuild. All pictures are post-rebuild new photos. Please let us know if you have any questions! We look forward to welcoming you back to Fort Myers Beach!

The house was great, plenty of room, very clean. Beach chairs, wagon, toys and beach towels were provided. Farther from the beach than we thought but overall an excellent trip.

The house was just as described. The layout was very well thought out for families. Everything you need for the pool or beach is here - just show up and enjoy your vacation. The only draw back is the traffic makes it time consuming to go anywhere but this has nothing to do with the quality of the home. House is great and it is so good to see Fort Myers recovering.

Amazing beach front property! Exactly as advertised AND MORE! Brand new, spacious, well appointed, direct beach access, sunset views, heated private pool and all the beach chairs, pool toys, coolers, etc. Lower level has pop a shot and ping pong. You don’t need to bring a thing! Even has puzzles, cards and books for evenings. Elevator to take you to all three levels to haul luggage. Excellent stay and attentive property manager. Would love to stay again.

John’s house was an amazing home for our family vacation. It was clean, very close to the beach, and had all amenities for someone flying in. The property manager and owner were kind and responsive. We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a great family house on Fort Myers Beach, look no further. John has a wonderful place that is a short walk to the beach. The house has everything that a family could want for a fun vacation. We appreciated the beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon and cooler that are available. We used the pool every afternoon, for a relaxing family get together. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything yiu need to cook with.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Extremely clean. Beautiful views. The adults & preteen/teens definitely enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The elevator was nice for luggage. The beach wasn't crowded at all in this location. The guys really enjoyed the surf fishing. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed Saturday to Saturday house is great beach access is great pool is great! This is a hidden gem maybe at the most there was a dozen other people on the beach and this was over Memorial Day weekend

Great Vacation Home!

The home was beautiful. Everything about the home, pool, and location to the beach was amazing. The host and property manager were extremely responsive. Our two weeks were wonderful. This is a property that will be enjoyed by many family’s.

Beach House 17-24 May

What a wonderful house! The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, plenty of towels for the bathrooms and beach/pool. Fabulous kitchen you really don't need to leave the property. I didn't really want to leave a review so this hidden gem will get super popular and won't be available when I want to visit again :) Our week here was enjoyed by all! Thank you again John for letting us enjoy this beautiful property.

My family enjoyed the biking, kayaking and beaching! Easy walk to beach, very close to everything you need. Pool in progress of completion and will just enhance the experience!

Brand New Paradise

What an amazing week we just had at FMB. We stayed at this location prior to hurricane Ian. It was gut wrenching to see all the destruction, but amazed by how much the island is coming back! What an AMAZING location. Brand new everything! Has EVERYTHING you could possibly need (including beach towels, chairs, cart, pool toys, etc, etc). House is furnished to the MAX! Has anything and everything you would need! Beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are stunning! House is basically on the beach with a 69 second walk.wonderful pool and lounge area in back. SOO much room. Book without ANY hesitation - you will not be disappointed!!! Can’t wait to make this an annual stay!

10/10 Beach House

My husband and I stayed with our two toddlers for a week at this beautiful house and it was great! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, open and had plenty of space. All the beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were a great size with upgraded features. The pool was the biggest hit with our kids and it worked out perfect as it had a very shallow end that allowed them to get in and out by themselves. The walk to the beach took less than 2 minutes and it was a great location between the ‘Times Square’ area and Bonita Springs. There were plenty of stores, restaurants and ice cream places all around. The house also had an elevator which made carrying groceries, luggage, etc. extremely easy. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and beach gear to make it feel more like a friend’s house you are staying at vs a rentalproperty. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great time near the beach and I cannot wait to be back!

Short stay

Rented the house for 4 days but was informed 2 days prior to arrival that we could not swim in the new swimming pool just yet. Was offered a discount if we wanted to stay or we could move to a different property the next day. Decided to stay the 1 night in original rental. Packed up and moved to the other rental with pool the next day. Both houses were very nice and clean. Both in good locations. First rental was closer to the beach and would have been perfect if the pool would have been ready. Owner and property managers were nice to communicate with. Was given a bit of refund in the end.

Great Beach House

We had an excellent time at this property. Listing was exactly as reality. Great location within close proximity to Beach. The house is relatively new/ remodeled so we enjoyed such benefits. The host is always available and attentive to our inquiries. Property manager was as well. We knew rates was favorable since the pool was being built so once finish; it will be THE excellent beach house! Amenities and TV/ Wi-fi. In turn, we were able to please all family and working needs. The room downstairs was excellent for our teenager kids as they had some privacy to play games/ watch movies while adults enjoyed their independence as well. Great overall stay and looking forward to staying there again! Thanks!

Great Property and Location

We had a Great Stay, the location is close to the Beach. Everything you need for the Beach is provided from umbrellas, towels, chairs, games, wagon. Nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Pool should be finished shortly and will be a Great Addition to this property. Owner was quick to reapond. Only suggestion would be for a King size bed downstairs. Would stay here again.

Perfect vacation home!!

The home was so perfect for our family vacation! Its clean, updated, and SO CLOSE to the beach. You have access to beach toys and beach towels! It truly was the perfect home for us and we plan to go back! John the owner was VERY Easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this property!!!
