"The Osprey"

Brand new construction with pool on premier gulf-side location of Fort Myers Beach. Rebuilt after Hurricane Ian--same great location, same great host! Professionally decorated and just steps from the ocean! Updated with quality finishing, this 4BR, 4BA home is fully outfitted with everything you'll need for your beach getaway.

The spacious, bright living room has plenty of seating and a large-screen TV. It opens to the fully-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar. The separate dining area comfortably seats 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

This gorgeous home sleeps up to 12 people. The primary bedroom has a king bed, coffee station, and private deck. Home is also equipped with an elevator. The three additional bedrooms have a second king, a third king, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds. A queen air mattress is available for an additional 2 guests.

Enjoy the conveninece of laundry facilities with a full-size washer and dryer, gulf-side beach access steps from your door, and gorgeous sunsets from the deck!

Catch the Trolley right on Estero Blvd. to enjoy all the island has to offer. You'll find plenty of restaurants and shopping, a movie theater, groceries, and more! Visit Snook Brite Marina where you can rent a boat, take dolphin tours, or get fishing bait.

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $200 fee.

We recommend travel insurance for your protection. Please make note of our cancellation policies.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only Jan - August. If you are looking for different dates, please contact us. Longer stays welcome.

Note: Previous home was destroyed during Hurricane Ian, so this is a brand new rebuild. All pictures are post-rebuild new photos. Please let us know if you have any questions! We look forward to welcoming you to Fort Myers Beach!

Our stay was Wonderful! The Owner, John was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Once the weather warmed the pool area was a sanctuary for our family! Many beach and pool toys available also! The elevator was a godsend for us as we were in the 3rd floor bedroom and bath area.The upscale common area and kitchen were great for our group of 11, as well as the cooking area. Nice matching dinnerware, silverware, and overall decorating were well done.

Great vacation home

We were a group of 7 family and friends. The house is layed out very well for a group. The living area kitchen and dining area accommodated us very well as a group and the four bedrooms and baths allowed privacy and get away space. Check in was easy with directions for entry. The kitchen was well stock as was the rest of the house. Loved the decks for morning coffee with view of beach. Highly recommend.

Little paradise

This home was amazing! It was very clean, very spacious, has lots of areas for dining with a large group. The elevator is a huge plus when loading and unloading bags. The kitchen has everything you can think of as far as appliances, pots and pans go. When washing towels it did take the dryer several times to dry them but they do eventually dry. The home is within walking distance to the beach. Itā€™s a great place to stay. The pool was nice. With a large group, the pool is a little crowded but it definitely served the purpose.

This was most definitely one of our best vacations down to ft Myers beach! We had previously stayed at this property a few times before hurricane Ian and loved it then as well. When we saw that the owner had chosen to rebuild, we couldn't wait to get back down for vacation! You can't beat the views this house has to offer. The pool and hot tub are great with ample privacy and the beach being steps away was the best part. You will definitely get your workout for the week if you're not used to stairs, but the elevator was perfect for those lazy days. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful island oasis. Thank you for the wonderful accomodations.

Perfect Stay!

We had an amazing stay at The Osprey! The house was beautiful with plenty of room for us all. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching sunsets in the evening from the balcony. Best of all, the beach was practically right outside the door! John provided everything we needed for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, and even a wagon. We also enjoyed grilling by the private pool and soaking in the hot tub in the evening. This was one of the nicest stays we've ever had at a vacation rental. John was very responsive and a fantastic host! We want to come back next year for an even longer stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at the Osprey. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 young children). With the pool, and beach access just across the street, there was little else that we needed for entertainment. We had a couple of small hiccups during our stay- the first being the cable went out after a couple of days and was not repaired for the remainder of our visit. On the last day the air went out, but was repaired within a few hours. With both issues the property manager was very attentive and prompt with getting back to us. We definitely consider staying again in the future.

Best vacation ever!

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more! The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and spa were wonderful and we enjoyed them day and night. Plenty of beach towels for all which was much appreciated. The beach access is literally across the street with white sand and the most spectacular sunsets. You can walk for miles along the beach collecting lots of sea shells. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and lots of beach toys for kids as well as a wagon to haul all of it to the beach. The kitchen is roomy and had everything we needed. It is well designed for efficient meal prep with several people. The bathrooms are spacious with beautiful tile and lots of storage. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We enjoyed grilling out and eating our meals on the deck. Since we are from Wisconsin and the frozen tundra, this was a real treat! We had our kids and grandkids down to visit and everyone enjoyed their stay. Voted one of our best family vacations by all. We will be back next year.

Perfect Ft Myers Beach Home for a Family Getaway

From the moment my family and I pulled up to the Osprey, we instantly fell in love with the home's curb appeal. It was clear John & his family put a lot of thought into the well designed landscaping, expansive front Porch & multiple seating areas. Once we stepped inside I can honestly say I was very impressed as the finishing levels thru out the home exceeded my expectations. As a real Estate broker it can be a challenge for me to be impressed, but I definitely was. From the Custom Kitchen Cabinetries & Bath Vanities, to the High-End S/S Appliances, the Beachwood Floors, Elegant Furniture & High Design Accessories thru out. Both Baths were updated with impressive materials and were great uses of spaces for our family. The Kitchen was the main hub of the home and tied right into the large living room. Each of the 3 beds are a great size and nicely decorated. The Front Porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a family dinner while watching the osprey across the street on top of the large pine tree. The Private Pool Area was impressive with the Salt Water Heated Pool & Spa & the charming Bar Area. So much thought when into the design and renovations thru out this home, which we genuinely appreciated. The location of the home was perfect being less than a minute walk to the beach via 3 separate beach accesses. The neighborhood was very charming. Jerry the caretaker was a pleasure to deal with and John the owner could not have been more accommodating. If you are looking for an impressive Fort Myers Beach Pool Home to rent, I highly recommend this home and will recommend this to my family, friends & Clients. We will definitely be re-booking this home & our excited to come back.

My family had an AMAZING 10 day stay at this beautiful beach front home. Wonderful Stay in May

We had a wonderful time with our family! The house is beautiful with a wonderful pool and hot tub. Access to the beach couldnā€™t be easier, with the path being right by the driveway. Fun games to play with ping pong and double shot in the garage.

Perfect vacation

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Osprey in August. The owner and property manager both were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. The home was exactly as advertised- it was absolutely spotless, everything was well maintained and worked as it should, and there was plenty of space for our group of four adults and two teenagers. The keyless entry was a nice perk as it kept us from having to worry about keeping track of keys. The beach was beautiful and a short walk- under a minute- across the street. We were delighted to find so many beach items available for use- boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas with anchors, sand toys, coolers, and even a spacious cart to carry it all. We loved being able to rinse everything off with the hose each day, and then ourselves with the two outdoor shower areas- it made it so easy to keep sand out of the house! It was nice to be able to walk to 7/11 and grab snacks or drinks just a few minutes away. The pool area was easily our favorite part of the home- we spent most of our evenings relaxing out there with the lights on, and we really didn't have any issue with insects. This house is an absolute gem at a great price and in a perfect location. Thank you, John!

Just what we were looking for ! By far one of the best rental house we've had.

We found everything about the property to be just as advertised. Everything was spotless and the house was set up so well. All the furnishings were comfortable and we felt right at home in the little neighborhood . Very quite little street and we loved hearing the church bells each day from the beautiful Catholic Church property across the street. The short walk to the beach was just across the little street and was very well maintained. The pool area was such a nice bonus that we enjoyed in the evenings swimming and grilling after a long day on the beach. The home provided everything we needed for our stay other than groceries which we purchased at the nearby Publix. All in all, we loved everything about our stay. We look forward to booking again next summer. This time we will know we only need to bring our clothes.

Another Great Ft. Myers Beach Family Vacation at the Osprey

This is our 2nd time staying at the Osprey Beach House & it once again did not disappoint. From the moment you pull up to the home and see the extensive well thought out and manicured landscaping and the expansive Front Porch its clear this is not your basic vacation rental. You can see how the owners truly thought out the exterior design. The interior finishing levels are are just as impressive with Custom Kitchen Cabinetries including a Built out Mud Room, upgraded High End Appliances including a Washer & Dryer, Beachwood Floors, a Large Living Room & Dining Room, each of the Beds are a great size with 1 of the guest Beds, which his ideal for children having French doors out to the rear Patio that overlooks the Private Pool Area. Both Baths are renovated & very spacious and the home's location is ideal just a quick 2 min walk to the Beach via 3 separate beach access points. Several local restaurants are just a short drive as well. Our daughters loved the Private Pool Area & Tiki Area & its was another great Family Vacation. John the owner was great to deal with & Jerry the care taker was a pleasure as well. We look forward to future stays.
