The passes are available for purchase at $35 per person. Please note that a minimum stay of 7 days is required if you wish to enjoy the clubhouse, pools, gym, and other facilities. Great Place! Great Host!

This house is very well appointed with EVERYTHING you need for a stay by the beach. You need to bring NOTHING with you except for the cocktail mixers (there is a blender for your margaritas)! The beds are clean with lots of extra linens/blankets. There are beach chairs and towels. Rooms are spacious and the fenced backyard and screened porch are great. The club house has a marvelous pool for lounging and a very good exercise equipment room/gym. The community is clean and people are friendly. The host was quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this property.

Great Home Away from Home!

I completely enjoyed my stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The location was wonderful-close to all attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle of a beach town. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to the beach!

Great safe neighborhood

Management was great, place was clean and comfortable! Great for our three kids (6,8, and 11 yo). Not too far from everything but very quiet.

Bethany Beach Getaway

My family stayed at this property middle of Aug 2023. This house is spacious and modern with a fenced in yard. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your week away. The host is quick to respond to any questions or issues. The pool is in walkable distance. We were really happy with this property!
