Overall great. Toilets did not work great from get go. Which is kind of important. One stopped working completely on day 2 and host said they would get a plumber. Then ghosted the next 4 days. 10 people with one toilet is kinda of miserable.

Great get away!

The property was overall great. The lake is literally right outside the back door. We will be staying here again!!

The house was wonderful and the location was perfect. Not a lot of water traffic which was perfect. Communication with the host was fast and I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Lake Holiday

My family enjoyed the property and amenities. our kids enjoyed having access to the water and the nearby parks were great for a day hike resulting in spectacular views of Lake Martin.

Weekend trip to Auburn

Great location on beautiful Lake Martin. We were in town for the Auburn game. Loved the condo, plenty of room for 3 couples.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time here. Quiet little neighborhood, has a private boat launch and an area to park your boat trailer. Close to good restaurants. The lake is great. Great swimming area right out the back door. I highly recommend!!!

Lake Martin Vacation

The house and property are conveniently located on Lake Martin with easy access to main part of the lake, restaurants and stores. The house sits in a cove separated by a bridge which is great for waverunners and water skiing. Boat rentals are available right across the cove from the house.

Terrific Week on Gorgeous Lake Martin

This place was absolutely perfect for my family's boating and watersports get-away. The house was exactly as shown in photos from the listing. There was a hiccup with check-in, though our host immediately rectified the problem and very much made things right. The bridge across Stillwaters Highway indeed provides a more secluded and less boat-trafficked area for great swimming and water-skiing. Our boat was able to fit under the bridge, so we often explored and enjoyed the deeper waters of this incredible lake. I would book this place again without a moment's hesitation.

Boat Slip

The place was nice and comfortable for our big family. The neighbors were friendly and the view was pretty. We used our son’s smaller boat to shuttle us to our larger boat which was on the other side of the bridge. We launched the bigger boat at Harbor Point and parked our trailer there as well. All in all, we had a great trip for our first time in Lake Martin.

Absolutely perfect Lake House!

This beautiful lake house was the perfect choice to spend the 4th of July weekend with my Family! We were immediately impressed with how spacious and inviting the house was with incredible views from every room of Lake Martin! All the necessary housewares and linens where supplied and all the appliances where clean and in good working order. Cc

Could’ve been better but still enjoy

Checking in process was easy. Communication with host was awful but he did allow an early check in. Still haven’t received a message back about the broken bed in one of the upstairs rooms. One couple had to sleep on the floor.FYI bring towels and everything else you’ll need .Other than that it was ok.

July 4th

Nice place. Kitchen has essential cookware and appliances. We enjoyed the beautiful lakeside view and water fun. We took our pontoon boat and had some difficulty finding a boat ramp. The ramp nearby wasn’t usable and we could barely fit under the bridge separating the lake areas. Eventually, we found a public ramp that worked (Union Boat Ramp) but it was on the other side of the bridge about a 20 minute boat ride from house to ramp. Also, the charcoal grill needs to be replaced; burning embers were falling out of the bottom (rust). Over all, we had a great time!

Left the house love the location but the air conditioning did not work in the house.

Overall very nice except no air for three days until we cleaned it out and melted the ice on the unit then it started cooling.. Alabama is known for heat and humidity so very uncomfortable especially upstairs where heat rises.

I’m so sorry, I tired to get the ac people out there but given the holiday weekend they weren’t available. They serviced it the following Tuesday so it is fixed now.

Great location, Pontoon boat friendly

Our family enjoyed our visit to Lake Martin. This was our second time visiting the area. We loved the waterfront location and private dock. Very quiet and small neighborhood. We had no issues unloading our pontoon and making it under the low bridge in the property description. However, keep in mind you will need to lower your bimini and lay down low in your seat to make it under. Once you make it under the bridge you’re good to go. We spent everyday on the boat exploring miles of beautiful Lake Martin. We definitely recommend checking out Chimney Rock. There are several islands around the lake that have areas for anchoring at shoreline and enjoying a nice swim. Two of our favorite restaurants are located less than 10 minutes from this property. Niffers and Oscars. Both offer great food and excellent prices. The house offers ample space for families. The layout is a bit different than other places we’ve stayed. You’ll enter the property on the top floor which has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and the bonus area. Downstairs you’ll find the living room, kitchen/dining area, another bedroom and bathroom, laundry room and access to the back patio and boat deck. Beds weren’t as comfortable as we would like, but that is personal opinion only. We would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Nice place, very close to the water, nice views, stores and restaurants close by! No complaints at all. The grill is extremely iffy. Luckily I'm blessed with redneck ingenuity and was able to make it work lol.

The location was ideal for our pontoon. There wasn’t a lot of boat traffic which made it very nice.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. However when we arrived Friday evening it was super warm (83degrees) it was almost like AC was off until JUST before we arrived and all the curtains were open allowing the western facing windows let all the heat in. It never quite cooled down to 72 degrees. Also grill was not really usable. But the rest was great. If AC was good I would’ve given it all stars
