This beautiful ground floor Villa is what you are looking for. It is modern, fully air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard. It has great outdoor space with a swimming pool and comfortable accommodations for 6 people.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and plenty of outdoor dining space. Guests will enjoy our lush tropical gardens, an ocean view from both the living room and the upper deck. The upper deck gives guests a magnificent view of the island, spectacular sunrise and sunset views; you will certainly unwind in comfort and luxury.
The villa is equipped with Flat screen TVs in each bedroom. Cable television is connected to all TV's with the living room having a 58-inch flat screen television.
The house has a built in security alarm system, wireless Internet and free calls to and from the USA!
If you are looking for a totally private backyard oasis, look no further. Our beautiful property backs onto a nature reserve assuring you total privacy. It also offers relaxation with a covered patio and nighttime lighting of the surrounding pool area. There is also a lower patio area that allows for sun bathing.
The villa is located in an upscale neighborhood only 1/2 mile inland from the beaches and high-rise hotels and minutes away from the highly rated Tierra Del Sol golf course. It is just minutes away from some of Aruba's finest attractions. Just a short 3 minute car ride to fabulous restaurants, shopping malls where you will find everything from local cuisine to TGI Friday's, an incredible choice of bars and evening entertainment, casinos and movie theaters.
In Aruba, parking is not an issue just drive and park, it really is that simple! Load up your beach gear, a picnic, and take yourselves off to one of numerous coral sand beaches where the clear blue water is warm, the sand remains cool, and the views are just unbelievable. Or spend your day around the pool, with your entire home comforts close by. With a chilled drink in one hand, your biggest decision will be whether to eat in or out that evening!
Our house is managed by an 'on Island Property Manager'. Our Property Manager will wait for you at the house when you arrive and she will take you through the home making you feel comfortable with the property. The Property Manager is also there to provide you with information about the Island.
However you choose to spend your vacation, our villa provides a comfortable and luxurious base from which to explore this beautiful island.

Beautiful property in excellent location. We loved the private pool and outdoor patio area for cocktails and dinner where you can see wonderful sunrises and sunsets. This was our 1st full stay in Aruba. We had been 2 times before but on a cruise! This is definitely the way to go. Host was absolutely fantastic and always attentive. Place was clean and beautiful. Pool at night was fun and relaxing. . This place is a must. Easy access to everything and property is secure with gate. We will be back!

My family stayed at this property for 1 week mid December. It was perfect! Spacious property, clean home and convenient location. Hanging out in the backyard by the pool was so relaxing. Or jump in your car, 5 min drive to a beach, restaurant or store. It was well equipped and we didn't need anything. The property manager and owner were a call away. Very kind and responsive if we had a question. My family would book this property again, ty for sharing your beautiful home!

What a fantastic place! It's pretty quiet other than a small amount of noise from a house being constructed nearby. But it was minimal. The pool and entire outside area was great! My wife and I both commented that we would definitely return if we should be on the island again. You cannot go wrong with this place.

Wonderful stayIt was our first time in Aruba. Our stay was great! House was clean, kitchen well equipped. We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. House is off the main road, so we enjoyed quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Felt safe throughout our stay and whole trip to Aruba. Beautiful property, garden, great pool, nature view, patio where we enjoyed having family breakfasts and dinners. Great location! Minutes drive from beautiful Aruba beaches, grocery stores and restaurants.Owner, Gabi and property manager were welcoming and extremely helpful and made our stay seamless. We loved Aruba and would definitely stay at this property again :)

Best location

Place was very clean and in great location. We had a car rental and covered the whole island, it was nice being able to get out of traffic to a quieter area. Pool was a nice bonus, we swam in the evening often.
