Cozy Cottage on the River

My home is in a great location and has beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's bright, sunny and very comfortable and cozy. It's minutes to Ormond or Daytona beaches. It sits on Riverside Drive which leads to a beautiful drive North through a canopy of trees- The Loop. It's also minutes to Main Street and Iron Horse Saloon for Bikers and race fans. It's a 1.5 hour drive to Universal and Disney World and 1/2 hour to St. Augustine. There's a 6-person hot tub to relax while looking at the beautiful River.

This home was perfect in every way! We (3 couples) were in town for the Rolex 24 Hour race, the home was close to the speedway and easy to access. The host was great to communicate with and very accommodating. I love that there were plenty of bath towels for 6 ppl times 3 days. Will definitely stay here again.

The host Emma, was wonderful great communication. The house was great we were there for 5 days everything was fantastic. The total package here is great. The size and layout of the house the view of the water. We will definitely be back for our next stay.

Perfect stay for families

Beautiful property with the most amazing host

This experience exceeded expectations! Rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the view was splendid. Emma is the best host I've ever encountered - timely with her responses, and very accommodating. Her hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Great home,. Everything was perfect!

The home has all of the amenities you need, they added extra snacks and drinks for us to enjoy upon check in, nice touch! Emma was an awesome host, she was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home for any Daytona stay!

Beautiful river view

This is such a beautiful home. I feel the photos don’t do justice. The house is so peaceful and so spacious. Communication with the Emma was great. We will definitely book again.

Welcoming

Upon arrival we felt like Emma's guests with her welcome. The house is large, but cozy is an apt name, because there are several cozy areas in the house to hang out. Perfect for hanging together or having time to yourself.Bonus, the there was good toilet paper.

We enjoyed staying at Cozy Cottage. Great location for our Thanksgiving dinner. The motorcycles and vintage cars that passed by the house on Riverview Drive was eye-catching. Thanks to Emma our host we had a Thanksgiving to remember!

Fantastic property! Truly a 5 star spot.

Emma I want to thank you so much for letting us stay at your home for the week. This property was hands down one of the best rentals I have stayed at. Your little touches to make us feel welcome were over the top! We had every room filled, they were spacious, beds were comfortable. The views over the river were perfect to wake up to everyday. The number of bathrooms alone had me sold and then to see how clean everything was, it was more than we expected!! We literally had no issues. OH, Did I mention the HOTTUB!? Someone was in it every day!! Everything we needed to stay comfortably was there. I really could go on and on, i would recommend this home in a heartbeat!! Thank you Emma. We will certainly rent this place from you every year!!

2023 Daytona 500 weekend

The house is in a great location for us during the 2023 Daytona 500 weekend. Beautiful river view, close to small riverside parks and a long riverside sidewalk (perfect for morning walks or runs). Distance to Daytona International Speedway is about 8 miles, which is close but far enough to not be involved in all the traffic. Host communicated very well with us before and during the stay. Host had decorated the house for the race. Very festive! Host even left a small surprise of food and drinks for our enjoyment. Small issue with the ceiling fan in the back bedroom not working which caused that room to be warmer during the night than preferred.

Wonderful place to stay

The cottage was wonderful clean I felt like this was my home it was a wonderful place to stay all the amenities needed the host was a great person it was everything we expected no issues just plain greatness.
