•While we understand that pets are family members too, they are NOT allowed at Sandbar Beach House. No exceptions will be made, and this is a zero-tolerance pet policy. Thank you for your understanding.
•Beach Towels are NOT provided so please if you plan on going to the beach, bring some beach towels with you. Please DO NOT use the indoor bath towels provided at the beach as they are for bathroom use only.
•There are security cameras located outside the property for your security and protection during your stay
•There is a neighborhood noise ordinance from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of these quiet times
