With three floors of space, multiple balconies, a private community pool, and a 15-minute walk to the shoreline, this is the perfect place for families and friend groups, large and small, to enjoy Gulf life together.

On the first and third floors, you’ll find all the comforts of home with modern touches to make your guests feel rested, relaxed, and pampered. The first floor features the master bedroom with king bed and spa-like en suite bath equipped with a double vanity, oversized walk-in tile shower, and separate soaker tub. On the third floor, you’ll find 2 guest bedrooms and a loft space for more room. This floor also features a full bath with tub/shower combo and a balcony to enjoy slow morning starts. Sleeping up to 9 comfortably, this is the home to make lasting memories!

The main living space is located on the second floor of the home and features an open concept floorplan. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry to store everything you need. With a brand new fence installed in the backyard, this home is perfect for pets! After a long day, relax in the living room, featuring a 65” flat screen TV, or head out to your private balcony. Equipped with chairs, table, sofa, and a gas grill, enjoy the views of the lush Florida landscape as the sun sets over the Gulf.
