Ideally located, large, airy 2nd floor condo with room to spare. 120 steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants, night clubs, shopping and drug store. Ride bikes on the boardwalk to start or end the day. New, spacious private deck for a slow morning with a great cup of coffee, relaxing or eating outside. Eat in kitchen and large dining room for family dinners. Large sectional sofa in living room has seating for everyone to play games or watch TV. Attention to details with amenities, suited for travelers looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay at the shore in any season.

The owners were great. From the moment we arrived they were present, informative, helpful and friendly. They really ensure you enjoy your trip without any stress. The house is close to the beach, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed and would certainly stay again!

Great Stay

Agree with other positive reviews. Property is clean, well maintained and in a very convenient location. Close to boardwalk and beach, and near several good places to eat. Hosts couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great vacation at the beach

My family and I had a great stay. We are returning customers from last summer and were very happy with all the changes made. The deck/patio area was a great addition for morning coffee. Very close to beach, restaurants, ice cream, and pharmacy. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful and perfect location.

The place was very clean and updated. Great location to beach and many restaurants. We had no issues with street parking either. Perfect size for my family of 5. Owners were very responsive as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great Ventnor vacation

We stayed at the Heinz property last year and there was no drop off in the quality of the property and the attention to details. When their was any questions that we had they responded immediately and were always helpful and friendly when we met them during the week. We are very happy with the property, the location, and the owners.

Lovely condo, close to the beach

The condo is just as shown, extremly clean & very homey & inviting. We had access to the garage where we could store our boogie boards & beach supplies. There was a Walgreens & a cute little ice cream shop close by that got visited often. Would stay again in a heart beat💓

Great stay in Ventnor

The property was freshly refurbished and was perfect. The space was great for us to eat, watch movies, complete puzzles, and sleep comfortably. use of the garage for our beach stuff and clubs was great and having beach tags was a nice touch. it was a short walk to the beach and a memorable vacation, we would definitely stay there again. The host was very nice and quickly responded to our e-mail questions.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay in Ventnor. Mostly everything in the apartment looks brand-new and clean. Access into the apartment was seamless, and the host had great communication. Decor throughout is nicely done. Kitchen is well-stocked with many necessities for cooking and baking. Outdoor area is tiny, but quiet and private. Rental was really great for us,

Attention to detail!!

Our recent stay was wonderful. Great weather and the house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room, the place was updated (everything seemed new!) and clean. Barbara was very responsive to questions and her attention to detail went above and beyond. Everything we needed and more. The fresh flowers was a beautiful and thoughtful surprise. The location is great too. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream!! Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Just right!

We had a great stay at Barbara's property. The listing description was spot-on, the location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided. What else can you ask for? We'll definitely come back and stay here. Barbara was easy to reach, and very accommodating with a schedule change. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Within a few footsteps, there's a great pizza place, a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. The beach is a block away, and we appreciated the 6 beach tags. Maybe some beach chairs would have been nice. Since we travel by car, and we're a family of 4, we don't have much room for big, bulky items, so we left ours at home. There was an outdoor hose to wash off the sand, and a brand new gas grill. Cable TV, good internet, and central air made our stay even better. Highly recommended spot and host!

Beach Vacation

This was our first real vacation since Covid, and it was great. It's in a great location- only 1.5 blocks to the beach, and walking distance to food and other shops (e.g., decent pizza place at end of block, Walgreens, places in Margate). Short drive to grocery store (Acme) and Atlantic City and Ocean City, NJ. Parking is on the street, but it wasn't hard to find a spot- and this was during the week of July 4th. (Some streets have parking restrictions, such as No Parking on Thursdays 1-3pm, but it didn't look like anyone observed this/ got tickets for not moving.) The condo itself is very spacious (it's bigger in person then in the pictures), with plenty of room for three adults and two kids. It's kid-friendly, as is the general location (play grounds nearby). It was VERY clean, and well-stocked with everything to make you feel at home. We only needed food and sunscreen! Checking in and out was super easy- no elaborate process. The hosts were very friendly, and readily available if you have any issues (which we did not).

Excellent stay!

From the moment we arrived, met by Mike at the door, to the time we left we had a great stay. Proximity to beach and walking distance to restaurants can’t be beat! We will be looking to come back next summer!
