Lake Front Lake Lanier

Great property on Lake lanier, with new private dock and party deck above. Luxury home recently renovated. With open floor plan integrated with dining room and living room, so all family can be together while doing multiple things. Newly renovated kitchen (2020) and completely remodeled downstairs (end 2021) Great view of the lake, no steep grade to get to dock, and very close to the house.
Main floor has master bedroom with king bed, kitchen, breakfast table, living room with 75” TV, large deck and barbecue. Bottom floor has 1 bedroom with king bed, another bedroom with a king bed and sofa bed with 2 twin beds. Bunkroom #1 with 4 beds, bunk room #2 with 6 beds. Large family room with 75” TV, 3 bathrooms with one off them with steam room. On the bottom deck covered there is a Jacuzzi also. About 5000 sqft of room for several families. Dock has canoe, paddle boards, and multiple floating devices to enjoy the lake.
New Firepit installed in 2022. No group non family members rentals accepted.
No party groups allowed, only families. no loud music (we love our neighbors). This is our home that we love and take deep care of.

Amazing Lake House

The house has everything you could need. Beautiful home, beautiful view. It’s on a great part of the lake. The owner is attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Property was well suited for the 3 families that stayed. Plenty of room to spread out, but large eating areas for all to gather. Owner was attentive when needed and provided plenty of water toys for use. Internet was a bit slow for some guests. It was a fabulous stay…

Graduated Weekend

Family gathered in Buford and Sugar Hill to celebrate our granddaughter’s high school graduation. 13 of us enjoyed this marvelous lake house. Younger people had fun on the lake and everyone liked the house.

Everything You Need and More!

Staying at this property exceeded our expectations on many levels. The location is great, the decor is beautiful, and the layout of the home was perfect for multiple families in varying ages. Norberto was incredibly responsive and reached out to ensure that we had absolutely everything we needed.

What a view! Gorgeous home!

Wow what a house! This house has the view, new and great decor and everything you need during your stay! Great bunk beds for the kids Great big rooms for the adults. Awesome living room and dining room combo. I love everything about this house! Great family get together for 10 of us for Father’s Day weekend. Norberto the owner is super responsive and was very accommodating! Will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful lake house!

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay on Lake Lanier, look no further. Everything from the layout of this home to the decor is perfect. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in this property as it seemed as though every detail was thought of. The location of the home is also great- it’s in a quiet little neighborhood about 10 minutes from great restaurants and stores. Convenient place for boating as well. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful in ensuring our trip was wonderful. We would absolutely return!

Everyone Loved It!

Family completely enjoyed the vacation stay at this wonderful home. Beautiful house with thoughtful details. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with owner was proactive and responsive. HS and college aged kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Owner had taken care of the the little things that allowed the entire family to relax and enjoy. Would/will go again. Highly recommend -

Amazing house on the lake!

We had a family reunion over Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect. We had 12 adults and I child. There is so much space and separate patios with sitting areas. The dock is incredible and we used the paddle boards daily. The beds were comfy and Norberto spared no expense with all of the remodeling. A favorite was the huge dining table to gather for meals. The jacuzzi and ping pong table were a fun night as well as the fire pit for Smores. We will definitely come back!

Incredible Property with Convenient Location

House is beautiful; Going to need to get some decorating tips/tricks from the owners. Property had everything that we needed and was conveniently close to the dock. For those that have stayed on Lanier before you know the docks can be long, steep and treacherous. Dock had plenty of vests and water toys to entertain a large group of kids and adults. Bunk room was amazing (individual reading lights and charging stations in every bunk). All beds were comfortable (Lucid mattresses). And the owner was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever had!

Great Family Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time here. It was very relaxing and just the retreat we all needed. The house was perfect we were traveling with our two oldest and there spouses, our two young adult children and my mother who is 87. Having the three on suite bedrooms worked out nicely for the couples and the bunk bed worked out good for the rest. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into making our stay comfortable and every need was available. The time on the dock was a highlight with the paddle boards, canoe and floating mat. We all enjoyed our stay and talked about coming back one day. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home up to our Ohana. Mahalo Nui Loa

Better than we imagined

This home was incredible, both inside and out on the dock. Huge house, huge dock, all the amenities and final touches you could imagine. Giant kitchen with plenty of space for the whole family to gather. We didn’t have time to use all the amenities like hot tub or fire pit. The dock was massive and clean with new furniture, and we had access to all the activities like paddle boards, canoes, floating mat. The host was extremely communicative, we asked several questions and he responded immediately and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. 10/10 stay, would highly recommend.

Amazing property!

This was our second trip to Lake Lanier and while the property we stayed at last year was fantastic, this one was even better. The home was in pristine condition, extremely clean and well kept & was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed and the owner Norberto checked on us several times to make sure that we were happy with everything and to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay even more comfortable. The bunk rooms were great for the kids, the 3 main suites were wonderful for the adults and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of places to spread out, lounge and relax and lots of seating to enjoy meals together. The dock had ample seating space as well and plenty of toys to keep the kids busy! Everything was just so nice. We had a fantastic vacation and hope to return next summer!

Favorite Lake House Yet

What an amazing property! I am tough to please and I think this will be our go to home to rent from now on when we visit Lake Lanier every summer. The house is spectacular. We stayed with two families and had more than enough room! The fire pit, hot tub, two-story dock, with all kinds of fun toys. It was amazing! The property owner/manager were on the ball and checked in regularly if we needed anything. The location on the lake is perfect! We would just float off the dock some afternoons and we rented a boat… It is minutes from all of the restaurants and the water park And perfect spot for water sports! Can’t wait to go back to this home!! Minutes from grocery stores, activities, and really anything you need!!

Wonderful Lake House!

We loved our stay here. We had a big group with lots of ages and everyone was happy. There are a lot of bathrooms (key for a big group) and the main floor has wide open space, a lot of seating and a big dining table to allow everyone to be able to be together. The proximity of the house to the lake was perfect - just a short walk to the awesome dock. There are grocery stores relatively close so it’s pretty easy to stock up. There is not a ton of cooking equipment but we were still able to do everything we wanted. We used the grill, the hot tub, and of course the items on the dock/lake that we were permitted to use. The owner is easy to communicate with and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. We highly recommend this house to others!

Perfect vacation spot

We spent a week here with family and it was absolutely perfect! The layout of the house allows for everyone to have space. We had 6 adults and 6 children (20 months to 14). The house has all of the amenities and more. We spent hours on the dock swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and just relaxing. There is something for everyone to do. We went in late May/early June and the weather was perfect. The lake was really clear and simply gorgeous. We rented a boat one day and explored the different islands. The house is in a perfect location. Truly no more than 15 minutes to anything you want to do or need. Noberto was available anytime I had a question and checked in to make sure all was well. You’ll get a rental agreement that has a list of items to do upon check-in/checkout that is emailed to you so make sure to keep it handy. It was helpful. If you are looking for the perfect family get away I can’t say enough good things about this house or Lake Lanier. It was the ideal setting for us. We already plan to go back.

Great Lake House

Amazing stay. This lake house has everything you would want for a week long stay on Lake Lanier. We had eleven people in our party (from teens to 80 years old) for the first part of our stay. We turned over half the group midway and Norberto arranged for housekeeping to come in and do a cleaning before the next group arrived. The living areas were so big everyone could spread out and didn't feel like they were on top of each other. Bedrooms were nicely decorated as were the bathrooms. The teens and young adults (ages 16-23) loved being in the bunkrooms together. Kitchen was well stocked and large with top of the line appliances (including a blender for frozen drinks). There is a gas grill and a smoker (for the grill masters). A separate ice machine came in handy as well. Outside, there are multiple decks - some covered and some uncovered. The outdoor furniture was also top of the line. Fire pit was great - cooked smores on multiple nights. The dock is a very short walk from the house and has everything you need. We spent many hours just hanging on the dock and swimming in the water. We also docked a 24' pontoon boat for our entire stay. The location is great - 3 minute boat ride to a great cove for tubing and knee boarding, 7 minute boat ride to Margaritaville and within a 15 minute boat ride to multiple lakeside restaurants. Norberto was very responsive and checked in on us multiple times during our stay. Highly recommend this lake house.

The Perfect Lake house!

This is a beautiful home that met all of our needs and then some. The layout of the home is great for multiple families with their own bathrooms. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds. Each bunk had a light and outlet. The dock was amazing and the upper level was great for morning yoga. The owners were very accommodating and their response time on questions was fast. This home set a high bar for future comparable rentals.

Great house for Friends and family

This house has A wide range of activities for a family and friends. Great water sports lots of water toys always something to do. There’s also small locations around the house where you can find quiet time. The host is very accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful home and experience

This was a wonderful vacation all the way around. The house is just lovely and exactly as the photos showed. Norberto was beyond communicative. He responded immediately to every question I had. The home is well equipped with everything you need. The dock was wonderful as was the hot tub and fire pit. They have thought of everything you might need from beach towels to cozy blankets inside. We enjoyed the lily pad very much. The only things someone might want to know is there are no spices (salt and pepper etc) so buy some. Sometimes some basic spices will be in VRBOs. No big deal just for reference. Also, if you aren’t an early riser bring a sleep mask if you stay in the main floor bedroom. I brought mine and the sun in the windows did not bother me but I might have had some Trouble sleeping as long as I wanted without my sleep mask lol. If we go back to Lake Lanier we will definitely rent this home again. Best VRBO experience I’ve had and I’ve had several. You will not be disappointed with your experience here! Thanks Norberto!!!

Together Time

This property is a home away from home, tastefully decorated as well as welcoming and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the common areas were ample and inviting.
