This gorgeous lake home is immaculate and ready to accommodate a small family gathering, executive retreat, or any other vacation combination imaginable. The views of the lake are amazing and the location is just as great. Come for all the fun that Lake Lanier can offer, but don't forsake the surrounding areas to visit as well.

This home away from home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from GA 400 and the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall. Past that, we are located just 30 minutes from Amicalola Falls State Park and its great hiking and sightseeing opportunities. While you're here, don't forget to check out the many other activities that are available, not only in Dawsonville, but in neighboring cities of Dahlonega, Cumming, and Gainesville. The property is also only about an hour's drive from Atlanta, so stay with us and take in some sights of the big city with a short commute.

This 7 bedroom home with expansive terrace level that will amaze you with its classic and tasteful decor and breathtaking views of the water and surrounding mountains. The house is situated in the middle of a deep water cove that is big enough to accommodate boats, jet skis, and swimmers of all kinds, but just off the main waterway enough to keep heavy boat traffic at bay.

This retreat sleeps 15 and is even equipped with a crib for your little one's comfort. The main level houses the full kitchen, laundry room, half bath, dining, breakfast, and living rooms as well as a great sun room facing the water and surrounded by windows. The master suite is also on the main floor and is fully decorated with a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a separate linen closet. The sun room is accessible from the family room and the master bedroom. Just off the sun room is a deck fully equipped with patio furniture and a charcoal grill just down the steps. You will love the views from the deck. Take advantage of them in the early morning and the evening. Nothing beats having your morning coffee on the deck as the mist is lifting off the lake!!

Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and a bonus room are located on the second level of the home. Bedroom #2 has its own adjoining bathroom, while the other bedrooms share a central hall bath. Queen beds fill bedrooms #2 and #3, along with walk-in closets, while #4 has a double bed and closet. The view of the lake from bedroom #4 is the best in the house. The bonus room (bedroom #5) houses a queen bed and a crib.

The lower terrace level of the house comes equipped with a billiard table, fooseball, and efficiency kitchen in the media room with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. A huge sectional sofa anchors the media room in front of a 50' flat screen TV. In case you want to spread out and have a need for more beds, we have bedrooms #6 and #7 downstairs to use if your party doesn't want to sleep double. One room downstairs has twin-over-double bunk bed set and the second bedroom has two twin beds. This second bedroom also has an adjoining bathroom with a door to the terrace patio. This feature allows you to enter the bathroom from outside the house. It's really nice to immediately enter the bathroom and get cleaned up after a relaxing swim or exhilarating boat ride. A second full bath is located in the hallway for easy access from the media/gaming area or the first bedroom.

This house truly has it all. The kitchen is fully stocked, as well as the linen closets, for bed and bath. The dock is ready for your boat and water toys. We guarantee you will love your stay!

No smoking! No pets....absolutely no exceptions! No parties and no weddings on the grounds. 7 night maximum and 3-night minimum on all stays, except in summer (see note below for specific dates).

June and July rentals every summer are 7-night, Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
