Beautiful little rental was perfect for our needs! This company also does a lot of little things that enhance your stay, like providing popcorn and laundry/dish soap. We definitely want to stay here again!

Charming Stay

Clean & well maintained apartment with an organized & stocked kitchen for cooking. Very conveniently located just a short walk from the beach & local restaurants.

Perfect Spot, Perfect Place

The location is perfectly situated near the shore, and amazing views of the tidewater behind it. The apartment was cozy, the shower/bath was spacious, and all the other essentials we needed were thought of. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great cottage for short getaway

Wonderful location and clean small cottage for short beach stays. Some ants here and there, not a huge problem but needs attention. No trash pickup during our stay though other property's cans were taken to street. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and so close to the beach with sunset views over the marsh.

We liked it very much.

Nice area, nice neighborhood, really nice neighbors, quiet but close enough to local attractions and amenities. Hell; a few miles due south is an Amusement Park / Carnival type thing. Something-Beach - maybe Orchard Beach?

Our stay in Pine Point.

Biggest issue, the fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable, so much so that my son rented a room elsewhere. The vacuumed cleaner had human hair impacted in the brushes and had to cleaned before it could be used. The location was very good, close to the beach with access to several local establishments.

Nice stay on Pine Point

The Hidden Cove was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and best of all- location... a short walk to the beach and restaurants! The only thing that would have made it even better would be more private outdoor space. The cottage is located directly behind another rental house and the picnic table/grill are only a few feet away from the house's back deck. There is another cottage further behind on the marsh edge. That said, everything was as pictured.

It's nice there -

We stayed here last year, or maybe it was the year before, and it was very nice for each. Quiet, especially at night, out of the tourist-y busy-ness of the nearby Orchard Beach. A block walk to a beach entrance and some close-by walk-to and drive-to restaurants. A little Maine-sque-Tiki-Bar kind of place is a short walk away. Salty Bay I think - although I called it the Crusty Crab while we were there. I assume the Bayley people are girls, although I don't actually know that to be the case, but they are always as sweet and helpful as can be. Very pleasant all around.

Loved this quiet little hideaway.

This was the perfect size and location for me to hide away at the start of my vacation. Would also be great for a couple. While there are other units close by, I had no trouble with noise or privacy, even with the windows open. (The unit does have two window AC units.) Having the driveway parking was a plus. Though I call it a hideaway the location is not remote so, whether you want to visit the beach, find a restaurant, tour the lighthouses, or visit Portland, it is all within walking or a short drive away. I would stay in this location again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy get away near the beach.

Lovely Apartment

This was a perfect location for beach access and great seafood. We did lots of walking and enjoyed having a location right near Pine Point. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could want.

Perfect hidden gem just south of Portland

Found this little cottage as I was trying to find something in Portland. So glad we found this in an adorable beqch neighborhood. Has great restaurants in walking distance, beach is a block away, alight view of the marsh, and can launch your kayak and SUP right down the street. Short drive to Portland but a lot to do right in Pine Point. Going to book our stay here again next year!
