Thank you for your feedback Dennis and we're glad you had a good time staying here! We’re genuinely disappointed that the community pool closure affected your experience, as we know it is an amenity many guests look forward to enjoying. We do want to clarify for future guests that the pool closure was prominently disclosed in our VRBO listing at the time of booking, including near the top of the property description. Unfortunately, the repairs have taken much longer than originally anticipated, and the HOA has not provided a confirmed reopening date. While we understand the disappointment, we also reduced our nightly rates substantially to reflect the loss of this amenity during the closure. We strive to be 100% transparent with our guests and provide a wonderful vacation experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for anyone considering a stay at our beachfront condo.

Wonderful condo and location! Very well stocked with anything we could possibly need, including nice beach chairs. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive! Would recommend and stay again in a minute!

The property was in an ideal location. They had everything you could want or need for a day at the beach. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts, Dan and Rachelle, were amazing.

This unit is an excellent choice for a fantastic beach vacation. It’s clean and well-equipped with great internet and TV. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable. If you’re planning a trip to Tampa, I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect situation for our family. Easy access to both the beach and the pool was priceless. Being within walking distance to shops and restaurants was also very nice. Our space was clean and ready to enjoy.

Awsome condo and great location on the beach and across from John's Pass! Just the right amount of communications from the owners. Not too little and not too much. Condo was very clean with up to date furnishings. Would definitely consider staying there again. Also, the pool was the cleanest pool I've ever swam in. I didn't see a single bug in the pool the whole time we were there.

This condo was perfect for our family! Clean, well stocked, wonderful location on the beach, nice pool and close walking distance shops and restaurants. Our stay was enjoyable and stress free. Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely amazing! One of the things we appreciated most was being able to fly in for our vacation and not have to worry about packing or purchasing beach chairs, coolers, and all the extras because the condo had it all!Dan was wonderful to communicate with and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into a condo stocked with snacks, coffee pods, spices, and all those little things you don’t realize you need until you’re on vacation. It was so nice not having to make 100 trips to the store! When I say this place has everything you need, I mean EVERYTHING!The condo was extremely clean, the beds were super comfortable, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home.If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the plantation shutters. They were a little difficult to maneuver and allowed quite a bit of light into the room at night. Definitely not a dealbreaker, just something worth mentioning.And I can’t leave out one of the highlights of our trip — Butterball, the community cat! We absolutely loved her and looked forward to seeing her every single day. She made our stay even more memorable!Despite Mother Nature giving us more rain than sunshine, we still had an amazing vacation. You can’t control the weather, but having such a wonderful place to stay certainly made the rainy days easier!Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We

Nice and Well Appointed

Although the weather did not cooperate with our stay, we were comfortable chilling out in the condo and making meals in the well appointed kitchen. Just steps away from the beach.

We enjoyed our week at this property! The host made every step seamless with check in, the stay, questions, and check out. The welcome packet was very detailed and easy to understand. The place had everything you need to have a fun day at the beach. Very well kept property inside and out. The maintenance man was always present on property during the day keeping the grounds looking good. You can’t go wrong with a stay at this property!

Property is very nice and large. Great location. Only thing I would change is being able to turn thermostat down below 72. Not owners fault must be the buildings hvac.

Awesome Condo, great Communication!

This property was even better than expected. Stayed with grandkids who loved having queen size bunk beds. Communicating with the owners was easy and instructions were perfect. Had family members staying in other units in the complex and ours was by far the best. Nice pool, great beach access, everything well maintained. Included a covered parking space to keep the car cool and safe.

Exceptional Vacation Rental

Our stay was exceptional. This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo unit. It does not lack a thing. From utensils to cookware to bakeware. Dan and Rachelle did not disappoint. Dan was immediately available for any questions and exceptional to correspond with. Definitely a 10/10 rating!! We look forward to coming back in the future.

Tracey and her husband Al were ideal guests and and a joy to host! We couldn't have wished for a more wonderful couple to stay and care for our property. Even though we still sent our cleaner in just to say we did, Tracey and Al left our property in tip top condition and even improved a couple of things during their stay. Incredible!

We absolutely loved this condo! We can’t say enough about it. It’s beautifully decorated, it’s very spacious, has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful week at the beach, and its location is perfect. The owners are wonderful. Directions to how to arrive and depart were very clear. I received communication throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. They made our stay very personal and even had a Welcome Tray for us when we arrived. When choosing a condo, we certainly got the best. It was an incredible vacation because of their property and their personal touch. Thanks so much making our memories of Madeira Beach the best!

Beachfront Bliss is truly BLISSFUL ! We have stayed in many condos but this condo is by far the best we rented. Condo description was very accurate. We loved having the beach so very close along with the pool. For the kitchen, you do not need to bring a thing….fully stocked with kitchen supplies, pots and pans, utensils, spices, lots of dishes, cups and glasses. The condo is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views are beautiful and we loved hearing the live music from St. John’s Pass. Naming a few great restaurants: Mad Pub across the street from condo. Brew their own beer and food is very good. Also, Mario’s Italian Restaurant is excellent. If you want to grill or bake fish, Fishbusterz Seafood Market has fresh fish brought in daily by their fishing boats. If you are a Veteran, go to the Maderia Beach American Legion on the water, good food and beautiful views of sunset. The Conch Republic in Reddington, good food but very noisy - definitely make a reservation. So much to do and so close to other areas.We really enjoyed our stay and the condo grounds are so well maintained and clean…thank you Laszlo!
