From the heated floors to the jetted bathtub to the higher-end countertops to the upscale appliances and furnishings; this cabin won’t disappoint. The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a dishwasher, a built-in microwave oven, a French door refrigerator, an island workstation/breakfast bar, a dining table, an electric reclining couch and loveseat, a freestanding gas fireplace to cozy up to, a large flat screen monitor, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, one full bath complete with a jetted tub, plus outside access to a covered front porch…perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage, and access to a large platform deck with a gas grill and a new hot tub through the rear entrance...perfect for picnicking and entertaining! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with 1-full size bed, plus another full bath. Don’t forget Fido. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi, Level 2 EV Charger-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
