Roscoff is a seaside resort located on the peninsula of the Morlaix Bay. This small corsair city is the starting point for multiple activities for the whole family: sea outings, thalassotherapy, discoveries, festivities, hiking.

42m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure residence. 10m2 terrace. Private parking and bicycle storage. Thalassotherapy center is accessible on foot in 10 minutes, 5 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the old port.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room with TV, large sofa, terrace with table and 4 chairs. Double bed bedroom with TV and storage. Bathroom with shower and seat, WC, towel warmer, washing machine, and hairdryer. Storage in the entrance with cleaning essentials.

Important information: Since the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation following the recommendations of the official website of the government's sanitary measures. Late check-ins and late check-outs are possible for an additional fee. Upon arrival, you will find the minimum necessary: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, detergent, and sponges. Linens (dish towel and bath mat) are included.

Bed and bath linens are not included in the price, as our tenants generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically integrated. However, we offer an optional complete set of bed and bath linens for €45 for a double bed and €35 for a single bed.

A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" package is charged at the time of booking and covers the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the accommodation must not be left dirty upon departure of the tenants. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it upon arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, emptied refrigerator and cabinets, no visible dirt, garbage disposed of, etc.). If the accommodation is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the security deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house. The tenant will be informed promptly.
