Private villa: 4 bedrooms, private pool (8x4m), 100m walk to the beach, sea view

Our holiday home Bella Villa is located in Grebaštica - a romantic fishing village situated in a long bay. The entire house is for your exclusive use. Spread across 200 square meters of living space on the ground and upper floors are a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area.

The villa features a private pool and an outdoor shower in a fenced garden that offers good privacy. Around the house are several terraces (some covered) with sun loungers and outdoor furniture including cushions, parasols, and a barbecue – ideal for al fresco dining.

Swimming is possible in the 4m x 8m pool (1.5m deep), which is open from May 1st to October 15th. You can also swim in the sea, just 100 meters away, and the nearest beach is a two-minute walk from the house. Thanks to its sheltered location in the bay, the sea is calm with few waves, and the gently sloping beach is ideal for children.

Inside the villa, spacious rooms and modern amenities ensure a relaxing stay. The ground floor features two bedrooms (each with a double bed 180x200cm), a bathroom, a kitchen, and an open-plan living/dining area. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms (one with a double bed 180x200cm and the other with a double bed 160x200cm), a second bathroom, and another living room. A travel cot is available upon request, free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Bella Villa is fully equipped: everything from bed linens, a hairdryer, and an iron to a washing machine and towels is provided. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, a hand blender, and more. For entertainment, there is satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and board games.

Bella Villa is fully equipped: everything from bed linens and a hairdryer to an iron, washing machine, and towels is provided. Especially convenient in summer, the double garage can accommodate two vehicles. Additional parking spaces are available in front of the garage if needed. A washing machine is also available for guest use.

The location is ideal for guests who appreciate peace and privacy but don't want to miss out on being close to tourist attractions. Shops for daily necessities are available in the village, and restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and bars are all within walking distance.

Grebaštica is an ideal starting point for exploring the Dalmatian coast. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage sites, fortresses, and countless old town alleyways in Šibenik, take day trips to the Krka, Kornati, and Paklenica National Parks, and explore the cities of Zadar, Trogir, and Split.

Arrival by car or plane is easy. Split Airport (SPU, 40 km) and Zadar Airport (ZAD, 86 km) are each approximately a one-hour drive away.
