Pure luxury on over 400 sqm on two floors with 4 sea view bedrooms with air conditioning, terrace or balcony, sauna, private pool, whirlpool, both pools with panoramic sea views and only about 200m from the sea.

Completed in 2015, the sprawling Captain's Villa Seadream sits on more than 1,000 square meters of land and boasts a superb location 60 meters above sea level with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views. It is designed so that you can see and enjoy the expanse of the sea very well from all rooms.

The freestanding, for exclusive use, with five stars officially categorized holiday home, with about 400 square meters generously cut. It offers plenty of space and a beautiful garden with many endemic plants, such. B. Olive and lemon trees.

The Captain's Villa Seadream has four bedrooms, of which two are double rooms, one junior suite and one suite / family room. Three of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom has a separate toilet with vanity. On each of the two floors there is an open kitchen. On the upper floor, this, together with the dining area and the living room with sea view, is a large, bright and friendly room with high ceilings.

The large sea view terrace with pool and hot tub is located on the lower level. Very comfortable beach chairs and seating groups are there for you to relax.

The very well-kept garden is with many plants z. B. Oleander, lavender bushes lush. There is also an herb bed, which our guests like to use.

Another special feature of Captain's Villa Seadream is the direct access from all rooms to the balcony or terrace with sea view.

The bathrooms, guest toilets, solar system, air conditioning / heating, pool area and all the technical equipment are state of the art.

The Captain's Villa Seadream is fully equipped with high-quality furniture and fitted kitchens. A gym and a sauna complete the offer.

The Captain's Villa Seadream is located in Sevid away from the hustle and bustle above a very idyllic and inviting bay with beautiful fishing boats. It is only a few minutes' walk to get there and to the sea.

A beautiful little harbor can be found in Marina, which you reach after about 10 minutes by car. A wider choice of shops and markets can be found in the very attractive UNESCO-listed town of Trogir with its beautiful old town, which can be reached by car in about half an hour.

Fabulous villa in lovely peaceful location

The villa is absolutely lovely in all aspects. Plenty of space, very well equipped with pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, BBQ and great kitchen area. Everything you could want for a great, leisurely break, very peaceful, lovely views! Our contact (Helena) was very helpful when we asked for anything without being intrusive. With no shops and only one restaurant within (a very steep) walking distance, you will need a car however. All in all, we had a fantastic, break!

Dear Chris, thank you very much for your nice review which we will share with our local team. The Captain's Villa Seadream is located in a peaceful and quiet town which still is like it has always been - an unhurried town founded by fishermen with some houses, a little supermarket and just two restaurants one of which can be reached by foot. The Beach Bar at the main Beach of Sevid is quite new. So, the area is sloooowly getting some touristic infrastructure but is still far from standards found in Spain for example. Some neighboring towns have some more shops and restaurants. There are also shopping malls with a great variety of international shops in Sibenik and Split. The pro of Sevid is exploring untouched nature and enjoying the great water quality of the Adriatic Sea. Of course, a little more service options would be wonderful. Within the last years the beaches of Sevid have been improved and at some spots - at the cove below our villa - sundeck chairs free of charge can be used, boats can be rented etc. So, we assume that in a few years there will be more options for tourists, especially in the evenings in Sevid. You are right, a car is needed to discover all nice touristic sites in the area like Krka National Park, Sibenik, Primosten, Marina, Trogir and Split. We are sorry that the diversity of restaurants and shops in Sevid is not there yet and thus, your choices were limited. We do hope though that you had the chance to disover some of the quite numerous UNESCO World Heritage sites of the region. Thank you once more for rating our villa with 5 stars. Luxurious villa with breathtaking view - truly a Sea Dream

The Captain’s Villa Seadream really lives up to its name: a dream of a villa, it’s airy and spacious, and equipped with everything we could have wished for! The breathtaking vista across the bay can be sighed over from every room and balcony, the terrace and the pool (which is bigger than the photos would have you believe at approx 8.5m - and the jaccuzzi is a lovely bonus after a day’s hard sightseeing). The website pictures do look great, but the reality is even better - everything exceeded our expectations. There is wonderful swimming in the cove, a 10-minute walk down the hill, and our children spent hours flinging themselves into the turquoise water off the little concrete jetties and rocks there (rocks conveniently fitted with swimming pool style steps for easy exits). The hill is quite steep, though, so we’d recommend a car if mobility is an issue, or indeed if you want to get out and about. Most of the beaches are pebbly, and I’m a convert. A pair of those neoprene snorkelling shoes make for a perfectly comfortable negotiation of a stony seabed (and sea urchins), and then there’s no tiresome washing off of sand at the end of the day. The beach shops sell nice padded beach mats too. The Gawliks were perfect hosts, as were their lovely housekeeper, Helena, and handyman, Vice, keeping us informed of all the best haunts, and ministering to our every need. We enjoyed a fabulously luxurious and memorable holiday, and I’m already dreaming of a return visit. Thank you, Helmut and Katja!

Traumhafte Lage und Top Objekt

Bei dieser Unterkunft fehlt es an Nix… Allein die traumhafte Lage entschädigt sofort nach der langen Autofahrt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch das tolle Willkommensbüffet. Sehr hilfsbereiter Hausmeister, der zu jeder Zeit und für jede Frage ansprechbar war. Täglicher Bäckerservice auch für besondere Geschmäcker. Im Innenbereich ist alles top eingerichtet. Sehr großzügige Raumgestaltung.

Es war einfach alles perfekt

Wir haben zehn traumhafte Tage in der Villa Seadream verbracht. Vom liebevoll gedeckten Tisch bei Ankunft, dem wunderschönen Blick vom Pool und der Terrasse über die Bucht, der hochwertigen und geschmackvollen Ausstattung, es war alles perfekt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Standort eignet sich perfekt für schöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung wie z. B. die Altstadt von Trogir, das kleine Städtchen Rogoznica oder die Wasserfälle von Krka. Auch einige kleinere Restaurants in Sevid sind mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren rundum begeistert und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Perfekter Bade- und Erholungsurlaub

Dieses Jahr waren wir zum zweiten Mal in der Seadream Villa. Wie auch schon beim ersten Besuch war alles vom CheckIn bis zur Abreise eine super erholsame Erfahrung! Super nette Vermieter und beste Betreuung vor Ort! Die Villa bietet für jeden Besucher die optimalen Voraussetzung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vom renovierten Pool über eine wunderbare Terasse zum Frühstücken bis hin zum Weber Gasgrill für gemütliche Grillabende. Kurze Fahrstrecken zu tollen Restaurants zB. in Primosten oder der Altstadt von Trogir. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Erholung pur

Wir waren eine Woche in der Seadream Villa in Sevid. Gebucht hatten wir über FeWo-direkt Last Minute. Buchung etc. hat einwandfrei geklappt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die direkt nach der Buchung mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen haben und uns Informationen mitgeteilt haben. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war bei uns Helena. Wir blieben mit Familie Gawlik und Helena über WhatsApp in Kontakt. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, oder nach einer Empfehlung fragten, wurde alles schnell beantwortet. Familie Gawlik liegt das Wohl ihrer Mieter sehr am Herzen! Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt! Auch das Team vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Helena hielten wir während unserer Fahrt auf dem laufenden und teilten ihr dann unsere ungefähre Ankunftszeit mit. Sie wartete dann auch bereits auf uns und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Nach kurzem Smalltalk hat sie uns alles gezeigt. Sie hatte auch den Tisch gedeckt und uns einen leckeren Gruß von der Familie Gawlik vorbereitet. Vielen Dank nochmal! Auch unser kleiner Hund wurde nicht vergessen. Die Ausstattung kann man als absolut vollständig bezeichnen. Unser Ziel war Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Was hier voll und ganz erfüllt wurde. In Sevid selbst gibt es nicht viel, man sollte also mobil sein wenn man was benötigt. Einen lieben Gruß geht auch an den netten Bäcker, der auf Wunsch jeden Morgen vorbei kam und uns frische Backwaren vor unserer Haustüre verkauft hat. Wurde auch bereits durch Familie Gawlik organisiert, dass er bei uns anhält! Auch bei der Abreise hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Helena war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da und wir konnten pünktlich starten! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles und die tolle Woche! Wir kommen gerne wieder. „Ich kann nicht lange bleiben!“ Flüstert der Glücksmoment „aber ich leg Dir eine Erinnerung ins Herz!“

Wir haben im August 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit der sensationellen Aussicht verbracht und uns bestens erholt. Die Villa ist modern ausgestattet, Pool und Jacuzzi wunderbar – der positive Eindruck aus den Bildern im Inserat hat sich vor Ort voll bestätigt. Die Betreuung vor der Anreise und bei Fragen durch Eigentümer und das Team vor Ort war super.

Amazing villa with a view

Charming villa with breathtaking views of the bay underneath. The house is rich with all possible amenities and perfectly furnished. Even our dog was so happy with the nice toys and surprises left for him. It exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. Great constant support and availability from Katja, Helena and Vicko. Totally recommended, we’d love to come back here soon.

Dieser Urlaub war wunderschön. Abseits von Stress und Alltagshektik. Eine Villa mit sehr viel Komfort. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt......von Anfang bis Ende unserer Ferienzeit. Auch die gesamte Betreuung des Gastgebers war Spitze. Wir haben jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee im Wirlpool genossen, bei blauen Himmel und Sonnenschein mit dem traumhaften Ausblick direkt auf das Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!! Ein absolutes Träumchen.

Peaceful stay in Sevid

My husband and two close friends spent a lovely week at Captain Villa’s Seadream. The space (all en-suite, air conditioned bedrooms and tons of options for outdoor seating) allowed for lots of privacy and coming together for meals and long conversations over cocktails as we watched the sun set. Perched high over the Adriatic, we loved the views and enjoyed morning walks around Sevid, which juts out and has a great walkway all around the peninsula. The location allows for easy half day and full day trips to many great towns and sites, but we found ourselves mainly staying close to the villa enjoying the views and the peaceful setting.

Grandiose Villa

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Villa und geben in allen Punkten die höchste Bewertung, weil es von Anfang bis Ende einfach ein perfekter Urlaub war. Die Lage über der Bucht ist atemberaubend und die nächsten Städte zum Bummeln (Trogir und Rogosnzica) sind in max. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Betreuung von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut. Kleinigkeit, aber im Sommer sehr schön: Es ist ein Wasserspender im Haus, der gekühltes Wasser liefert.... Die Bepflanzung rund ums Haus ist liebevoll, wir hatten durch den Lavendel so viele schöne Schmetterlinge wie in einem Zoo. Ansonsten wie in der Beschreibung. Kritik wirklich keine. Herr Gawlik hat sich bereits vor der Anreise mit vielen Reisetipps um uns gekümmert, Danke auch dafür.

Fantastisch

Die Villa liegt in ruhiger und gut zugänglicher Lage. Ein herzlicher Empfang und alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Es ist hier einfach traumhaft. Sehr empfehlenswert

Luxeriöse Erholung - jederzeit wieder!!

Dieses Haus und die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht und nichts vermisst! Ausstattung: es war alles vorhanden, was wir als Familie mit Kleinkind benötigt haben (bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten wie Kinderbesteck, die man nicht als Standard voraussetzt). Zustand und Qualität der Einrichtung sind hochwertig, einwandfrei und geschmackvoll. Lage: traumhaft! Man hatte einen wundervollen Weitblick auf das Meer von nahezu allen Stellen der Villa (Pool, Whirlpool, Terrasse unten und oben, Schlafzimmer) - fantastisch! Und das bei absoluter Ruhe! Umgebung: als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen eignet sich diese Villa absolut! Ein Auto würden wir definitiv empfehlen, da man ansonsten Highlights wie Primosten oder Trogir verpassen würde. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit gut erreichbar (mussten dies leider testen aufgrund technischer Unkenntnis unsererseits ;-)), sehr hilfsbereit und leiten schon im Vorfeld alles in die Wege, damit man sich wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt! Also, wir werden wiederkommen und diese Villa bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Seadream villa, the perfect location to relax and enjoy Croatia

‘Seadream’ villa was quite simply a dream, it had everything we could have wished for, beautiful views of the sea, ideal location for exploring the area, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could have wanted. The pool and air conditioning, as it was so hot, were really wonderful and the hot tub a real favourite with everyone. The owners did everything to make our holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and the local property managers were also very welcoming when we arrived. The villa is located on a hill overlooking the Adriatic in the small village of Sevid, between Trogir and Primosten. There is a lovely little restaurant, by the water’s edge, within walking distance of the villa. Further afield the city of Split is within easy driving distance, offering everything from, fascinating history and culture, to great local food and wine. ‘Seadream’ villa was the perfect choice for our holiday, we all had a really wonderful and relaxing time, and would all love to return one day.

" amazing Croatian experience"

When you are looking for a place to relax, listen to the sea, swim and explore the surroundings ; this Villa in Sevid is the perfect choice. Located in Sevid, a small, quiet and quaint village on the coast between the towns of Marina and Rogoznica. Situated on the top of the hill, offering spectacular views of the blue Adriatic Sea and the little islands. The Owner family treats all of his guest like family members and takes great care of their guest. Truly and unforgettable experience and I will for sure go back to explore more of Croatia and its spectacular coastline and islands.
