This suite is spacious and cozy. Cleaned and sanitized. One master with full bathroom and slider. One bedroom with queen bed and a slider. One bedroom with 5 bunk beds. Two full bathrooms. Living room, dining table. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook inside or outside on the BBQ (propane provide). Private patio with plenty of seating. If you have a bigger group and need extra space, we have the house next door that sleeps 10, attach to the Ocean Suite is the Junior Pirate that sleeps 5, and next is the Pirate Villa that sleeps 7. Family and friends can enjoy private dock, and 300ft of riverfront beach. There is room to tie your boat or watercraft. Plenty of free parking for your trailer and more. The location is perfect!!!

You have access to the entire place. Large partial covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. This area is shared with other vacation guests. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat on the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 Ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!

This property is also perfect for snowbirds. From October until April, you can get away from the cold winter months and stay in this perfect quiet place. All furnished, utilities included.
