Charming Private Mission Bay Studio 2

Summary:

This quaint studio is the perfect launching point for your visit to San Diego. We just completely updated the unit with vinyl floors, marble counters, mini-split AC and heat, a brand new meal prep counter with a hot plate, microwave, toaster and K-Cup coffee maker. We also added a fabulously comfy queen Murphy bed and the most amazing rainfall showerhead in a large walk in shower.!



The Space:

Cozy but well proportioned and set up. We have maximized the use of long marble counters that serve for food/kitchen prep but also as dining and work space. Murphy bed can be stored for more room during the day. Several chair combinations to relax, work and eat. Smart TV with YouTube TV and access to all your own accounts.



Guest Access:

This is a private, separate space in our home. We are just a phone call or doorbell ring away if you need anything!



The Neighborhood:

Bay Park is one of the best neighborhoods in San Diego. Central and easy to get to the freeway, less than 15 minutes to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, the Zoo, Balboa Park, the Gaslamp, and Petco Park. Great restaurants, bars and cafes are within a short walking distance. You can easily ride to and around the bay and get to the beach.



Getting Around:

We always recommend a car to get around San Diego, but we are a just quick 5-10 minute walk to the Clairemont Dr. trolley station if you wish to use transit during your visit and Uber/Lyft are also very convenient in San Diego. Street parking is readily available and free just around the corner from this unit.



Other Things to Note:

If you wish to bring a pet, please note that there will be an additional $150 pet fee that is due at booking and we don't allow cats in this property. There is construction going on next door and possible construction noise can be heard. Please contact host for any questions.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

We live onsite and love hosting. We are around should you need anything and out of your hair otherwise. In addition to being the on-site host I have been a Superhost for over 10 years and manage a portfolio of over 60 units. Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
