C-House, Pool+Spa In Joshua Tree

C-House is a modern desert retreat, situated in a residential neighborhood while maintaining the feeling of cool isolation whether indoors or out. The decor is minimal yet comfortable, with every amenity and detail kept in mind. Swim laps in the Courtyard pool or relax with the jets on in the in-ground hot tub. Wake up feeling rested in one of the king-sized beds. Restaurants, shops, and the National Park are all a short 8-minute drive away.
C-House is a brand new construction home - designed, furnished and decorated with love by its owners. It features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area, and 3 bedrooms with two full baths. Keep your vehicle out of the heat in our 2-car garage, and stay cool under the shaded area out back - or indoors with our modern Nest cooling system. You will want for nothing during your stay at C-House.

There is a two-car garage for your parking.

—Neighborhood
The property has neighbors to the North that have no vision of the inside of the house or courtyard. There are also more distant neighbors to the south and west, in which the courtyard wall shields from view.

—Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property.

Please be kindly noticed that all extra guests should be approved by host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 9pm per County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitors will be charge $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to tell us if any questions.

—Oven
Please make sure to turn on the vent while using the oven, the glass above the range will slide towards you, and the fan will turn on using the switch on the range hood, otherwise the carbon alarm will ring.

—Smart TV
We have a smart TV in the house, please connect it with your account.

—Jacuzzi 
Please shower before use.  Please notice us if you need Spa heating at least one day before your arrival. The heating fee is $60 per day.
Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety. 
No party allow and over maximum guests. ( fines 2000$)
No late check out allowed unless pre approved . ( fines 15mins late 200$ ,1hr late full day charge )

No any smoking inside house allowed ( fines 1000$)

Quite hrs 10:00pm -7:00am ( fines 500$ if any complaints from neighbors and county )

No pets allowed on bed , furniture in pool ,spa ,pee or left any stains and leave alone in the house . ( any damage will be Claimed ) All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.

No trash left outside on the property , all trash should be in trash bags please , windy will be blow all over .

Lock all the doors and windows when AC OR HEATING is on .

Any moved furniture please put back when check out .

PLUMBING:
Do not put any feminine products, birth control methods, dental floss, baby wipes, paper towels, or anything besides toilet paper in the toilet.( Any clogged fines 500$)

GLITTER AND CONFETTI ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.
No balloon and water ballon allowed in the pool .

ALWAYS SHOWER OR BATHE BEFORE AND AFTER USING THE HOT TUB! Body oil, makeup, hair products, etc. clog filters!

—Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool.. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.

*Please note that the pool service is every Tuesday or Friday.

—Reservation change Policy:
In order to provide the best service to all our guests and smooth process of requests, all date changes have to be made at least 30 days prior to check-in date. Each reservation only allows one change request. All change requests are for the same property only. Switching priorities is not allowed. We thank you for your understanding and support.

—Dishes
Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. we will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay.

—Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests.

Please leave the house a neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.

—Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.

—Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if here is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.

—Security Camera
According to the requirements from Insurance Company, there ia security camera facing drive way .

—Film/Video and Photos
Our property is a beautiful place to shoot photos and videos, we welcome you to tag us on Ins at @somewhere_joshuatree. Professional shoots, however, are priced at a different rate and must be cleared with us in advance of your stay. If you are in doubt, inquire first. We will charge $5000 per violation, plus production fee up to $575/hour.
