Welcome to our family-friendly lake house! It's your home base in Hot Springs. We have all your adventuring needs met for hiking, fishing, kayaking, and just minutes to casino and racing!

Lakefront, off the main channel of beautiful Lake Hamilton, beside a gorgeous island edging the Ouachita Nat'l Forest. ONLY 12 minutes to downtownHot Springs!

This comfortable and spacious house is only minutes from world class fishing destination Lake Oachita. Lake Hamilton has more fish per acre than any other lake in AR: largemouth bass, striped bass, hybrid striped bass, spotted bass, white bass, trout, white & black crappie, bream, channel catfish, & yellow bass

Just bring you own beach towels, and you'll be all set!

Located Lake Front on beautiful Lake Hamilton, tucked away behind gorgeous mystery island on the edge of the Ouachita Nat'l Forest, YET only 9 miles from downtown HOT SPRINGS! Relax & enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking the water & watch the ducks fly in to play.

There's plenty of room to play inside and out at the Yellow Cabin! Two master suites + 2 guest bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make this the perfect house to share with friends and family for that unforgettable Lake Hamilton vacation! Just bring your own shampoo and toiletries, and you'll have everything needed for a great stay!

Up to 9 (or sleeping baggers by request) can join the fun, with 2 bunking in the living room on large couch, smaller sofa. It's cozy and fun!

Relax on comfortable, cozy furniture, and enjoy a movie and snacks. Zip outside for a quick paddle in the kayaks. Forgot your snacks and drinks? No worries! This forested location is only 5 miles to Harps, Krogers, Walmart. Bring your boat: convenient, FREE neighborhood ramp 200 yards from your private covered dock!

Furnished with super comfy king and queen sized beds, quality linens, flat screen TV in living room, DVD players in both master bedrooms. [We provide internet to the living room smart TV. Use Netflix or your own ROKU, HULA, etc. for viewing your favorite shows or channels. ]

Communication with the host was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short of expectations. The house had a very strong smell of mildew or mold that made it hard to relax. There were no bath mats in the bathrooms so we had to walk around with wet feet after showering, and the toiletries provided were left over from a casino hotel – which felt out of place. We also noticed mold around the downstairs bathtub.The outdoor area wasn’t welcoming either. The seat cushions were dirty, and although there were replacements available, it wasn’t something we wanted to deal with while on vacation. The listing mentioned kayaks, but they were so dirty that no one wanted to use them – and the stairs leading down to the water were broken, making it unsafe to get in or out anyways. Overall, it felt like we wanted to be anywhere but the house.

The house itself was decent most properties around it look like junkie dumpy trash like The Hills Have Eyes and whoever their property manager is doesn't know how to run an air conditioning thermostat then has the nerve to call the client a liar and continuously text until 11:00 at night which is completely unprofessional sending cry face emojis whining about what's going to come out of their paycheck just never had an experience like this also only left one roll of toilet paper told us we were on our own for the rest we weren't informed that the paddle boat was broken until 10 minutes before we arrived even though I rented 3 months ago so yeah not my ideal stay I won't be back hopefully they get me management and things can go a little betterThey also left half empty wine and a bunch of bait rotting in the fridge never had anyone do that I've never had a thermostat at a location with a lockbox on it just not ideal

July 4th Getaway

This property worked out great for our family - 7 adults & 2 kids. We rented a pontoon boat and drove it right up to the dock so everyone could get on. The location is very easy to get to and felt very safe & secure.

Cute lil spot for a summer get away, could use some updating though

Communication with host was superb and always making sure we were ok or if we needed something,living room furniture could use some updating , rooms were spacious and love that we all had our own restroom , tv in living room would go up in volume by itself could not watch tv in first bedroom no remote ,lots of movies to choose from ! Neighbor hood kinda of eye sore but overall a very good comfy warm stay.

Peaceful lake time!

Great place for some R & R. Excellent host! Lots of room! Comfy beds! Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend and definitely wouls book again!

Very nice stay on Short Notice! Thank you Linn!

Was able to book this on short notice! Super location to amenities and short driving distance to town! Linn worked with me to figure out the television / remotes situation as they were not all televisions. Some only could be used with a DvD player. I was able to find the serenity I so needed doing my two day stay! Only drawback was the remotes could've been cleaned/dusted a bit. They were dusty. There was garbage on the floor between stove & cupboard. I may have given four stars for "cleanliness of property & expected a bit care to detail had I not requested the property on short notice! Otherwise who can complain? Great people to stay with for certain!

Great Stay

Very friendly, helpful host. The house was exactly as described and the location is perfect. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room for everyone. The house is close to a ton of different activities.

Family Vacation

If your looking to spend time with family this is the spot ... its beautiful and roomy .. we booked this vacation for my son that is leaving to the army in a short couple of weeks .. the host was awesome even checked on us to make sure we didnt need anything.. the booking was easy and fast .. we spent most of our time on the kayaks and paddles boat ... it was close to all the things we wanted to do ... i want to shout out to the host Frank thank you for your kindness and letting us stay at your place we are planning to come back .. spent most of our time on the kayaks and

Our stay was amazing!!! We absolutely enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. Our host was Lin, who made sure our stay even more amazing. Gave us so much information about the area and checked on us during our stay.

Lake Hamilton Stay

Family of 4 enjoyed long weekend at the lake! We loved the kayaks and our son spent a lot of time fishing off the dock. Kitchen had everything we needed to feed ourselves but we were also very close to anything we would need. Communication was awesome! It was a great weekend!

Perfect for families or friends, our guests love that we are close enough to help when in need, but far enough away to give you the privacy you want. Please let us know if you need special accommodations for special events like birthdays or anniversaries! It's the perfect base to enjoy all of the special amenities of Hot Springs! Both Master Bedrooms are equipped with large screen dvd players, and a selection of movies. Furnished for comfort, you'll feel right at home as soon as you enter. Put your feet up on the ottoman and sink into the roomy corduroy couch, or head out back to the fire pit and boat dock for a kayak trip around the lake!
