New Symrna Beach is perfect for all occasions. From family vacations to a friends weekend away this beach offers a ton of verity.

This beach front condo offers a view of the ocean right from the living room and main bedroom. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it’s perfect for a getaway! Enjoy the pool on the 5th floor roof which over looks the water and is another relaxing option for your stay.

It’s a 5 minute drive from Flagler Ave with tons of local shopping and dinning options. Perfect for a stroll with an ice cream in hand after your long day in the sun! There is a fully stocked kitchen if you’d like to cook with a Publix 5 minute drive down the road.

With beach toys, tent, (6) beach chairs, buggy boards, beach towels and games there is tons to enjoy right here.

A 5 minute walk down the beach, there is a public playground for your kids to enjoy. If you have a baby, there is a pack and play in the close for you to use! Also, available is a King sized air-mattress.

We will stay again!

The condo was very clean. Everybody was super nice (even when my husband didn’t have his keycard and locked himself out lol). It was a great family vacation.

Best rental experience to date!

This was by far the best rental we've had. From communication to the condo being fully stocked (think paper plates, to-go coffee cups, Tide pods, boogie boards, umbrella...the list goes on) it was delightful. This was a true vacation -- property is steps from a peaceful, non-crowded beach. Porch overlooking the ocean is spacious, unit is beautifully decorated. I've already told several people about this rental and we will definitely be back next year!

Beyond Perfect

My family and I found THE perfect beach rental in all of New Symrna Beach. The owner communicated every step of the way and the condo manager was equally responsive. The condo itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The attention to detail from the decor to the kitchen essentials were fully thought out. I can not wait to visit again!! Thank you Carly for a memorable and comfortable experience!

2nd time back and still exceptional

We stayed at Carly & Stephen's place last summer and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We love to know what we're getting and decided to rebook this year. Once again, a tremendous experience. We flew with one suitcase for our family of 4 with only the clothes we needed because this place has literally EVERYTHING -- backpack cooler, beach chairs, toys, beach wagon, paper plates, flashlights, solo cups, baggies. You can tell Carly & Stephen spend time here because it truly feels like a home. We'll be back again next year!

Sunrises & Lightening Storms

Our Family from 3 locations arrived in Orlando and made the easy drive to this location. Absolutely no traffic at 5pm. The parking garage and elevators were a little confusing but we got all of that figured out. The condo was clean and inviting and we enjoyed the deck for sunrises and watching the lightening storms we had 3 or 4 evenings. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We will be back next year!

Largest and nicest condo that we have ever stayed.

The owner put smart television in the condo. We are all in our seventies and not very high tech. So, we never got the way to work the televisions. So, we missed our regular television programming while at the condo. The property manager offered to help us, but we were sightseeing during the day and couldn't get together. The other problem that we had was the parking deck. There was a lot of constructiion.

Just book it, AMAZING place!!!

We’ve stayed at quite a few rentals over the years. This place is, by far, the best. It’s one of the cutest and best stocked rentals we’ve ever been in. There’s tons of beach stuff….like TONS. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. Amazing balcony space with nice chairs. Amazing toiletry selection. I feel like we should’ve just packed bathing suits and toothbrushes. The tennis court was nice. Hit it in the morning for shaded play. The decor is gorgeous. Honestly some of these beach places are pretty tacky. Not this one, absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The whole process really couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Looking forward to another stay soon!

Loved the condo, communication should be better.

Day before arriving I still haven’t got checkin instructions. I finally called and got through. They had an incorrect email address. Maybe someone should have called me. Also there were no checkout instructions, including the fact that the office was closed the day after Thanksgiving, which is great, but I would have appreciated being told this ahead of time. Communication with customers could definitely be improved. This was my first time going to Moontide.. But the condo was great!

Lovely unit, building is under repair.

The condo is great. Amazing view right in the beach. Great patio. Spacious and clean inside with everything you need. We needed bug spray -- it was in the laundry room. Extra towels? they're in the hall closet. Beach toys for our 4 yo? In the back bedroom closet. Comfy beds, great water pressure, everything we needed. There is construction going on in the building. Pool was closed. One elevator was down all weekend. The ramp to the beach was being rebuilt during the week - the stairs worked fine for us but not everyone. Parking is tight for a truck. And the garbage has to be taken on a long walk to a hard to find dumpster. Overall, it's a great unit and I'd stay here again for sure and it will be even better when the outdoor repairs are completed.

The condominium unit is just lovely. Everything is in good order, very well supplied kitchen, space for everyone though we ended up being only 4 adults. Host was gracious and on-site office very helpful. It was quiet, though I can see if it’s full, high season, maybe not so much. Parking garage situation is a little tricky, but don’t despair, it becomes apparent !!
