This three-level waterfront beauty features walls of windows, 2 fireplaces and 3 balconies overlooking magnificent views of south Grand Lake. Enjoy a fire on the private beach with your toes in the lake or swim off the private dock with complimentary lily pad. Lots of room for group enjoyment with a large open floor-plan, gourmet kitchen, coffee bar, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a game room complete with pool table and wet bar! Nearly all rooms have a lake view. The charcoal grill, patio tables, corn hole and horseshoe games make outdoor entertaining fun! Enjoy amazing views from the balcony off the main bedroom curled up on the romantic double lounger. Three other rooms have queen beds and the private study and game room have sleeper sofas. You will love the all-new luxury linens and kitchen stocked just like home. All area roads permit golf carts & UTVs. Boat & UTV rentals are minutes away, and great restaurants are all very convenient. Electric Vehicle EV friendly with 30 amp & 50 amp plugs. Please bring your own adapter. This is lakefront living at its best!

*Reservation agreement required and ID returned before booking is complete. Must be 25 to book, primary guest must stay on-property. No animals allowed at this location due to vintage wood plank floors. Extra cleaning fees may be charged if excessive cleaning required.

Character Galore!

Perfect place for our family of 9. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, kitchen is fully equipped. Nice to have the lily pad to hang out on the lake. Loved to wake up to the lakeview. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful house on Grand Lake

Our stay was lovely. Kids loved jumping off the deck into the water, adults enjoyed floating on lily pad. Good looking home, fit 7 adults & 2 kids. Thanks Laura!

Beautiful view, wonderful host

Laura and Heath were wonderful hosts. They always responded quickly to our inquiries and were very accommodating. The spaces were well utilized/designed to maximize the living space and the master shower was wonderful.

We had an amazing Easter weekend! The house was perfect with plenty of room for our 6 teenagers!

We loved the location and the fact that we could drive out ATVs to the park and didn’t have to load and unload and deal with moving the trailer. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailer. Excellent communication with hosts. Everything we needed we found! Definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Just read the rooms description very carefully if you have a large family. Extremely nice and accommodating owners. The Grandkids loved the fire pit for s’mores every evening. And magnet fishing from the dock. The master bedroom and bath is extremely nice and has a comfy bed.

Amazing Place to Stay on Grand Lake

Where do I start with how much I loved my experience staying here. From the very moment I arrived I knew my stay here was going to be great. The place is a gem to stay at on Grand Lake. The house is beautifully updated and there is so much space for everything. The deck is beautiful to watch sunsets in the evening. I can’t wait to make another booking with them. Heath is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend you book this nice grand lake getaway!

The home was nice and had a lot of space for our family the only drawback was that we could not use some of the outdoor furniture due to it very soiled and dirty. For the price we would have liked to have it cleaned. The inside futon in a back room is also stained so we were hesitant about using it as well. Other than housekeeping issues the home is nice.

Perfect Family Getaway

What a perfect spot for a family getaway! We were able to get 3 generations together for a fun time. The house has ample space, and a beautiful kitchen to entertain. The dock is ideal for the kids to swim! It rained a good portion of the weekend, but we still had a blast. We played board games, pool, and even twister while the storms passed. The lilly pad was perfect for our between rain swims. The master suite has a gorgeous view of the lake! It was a perfect perch to read, drink coffee, and watch the rain early in the morning before the kids got up. Not only is the location perfect on the water, on a quieter end of the lake, but it's location back to town for convenience items and restaurants is one that it hard to find in a lake house. This spot feels secluded, but has all the conveniences of town close by! Book this one!!

Seeking Decompression NM to OK

First and foremost, communication is a huge factor in our lives and the owners were prompt to respond to any questions we had and very helpful, the feedback was very much appreciated. The property was located in a perfect location on a wide part of the lake, views for as far as you can see. Our evening, must, was to sit on the deck to watch the sun go down, such a beautiful view.. As far as the house itself, there was plenty of room for our party of 9. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to play billards with my husband and although he skunked me several times :) we enjoyed every minute of our time together. We are truly blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at this property, much grace and thanks to the property owners for a well OVERDUE vacation with family and friends.

Fantastic Cabin Getaway!!

We were fortunate enough to be the first guest of Heath and Laura's cabin. The place is amazing in so many facets. The beds were clean and sooo comfortable and HVAC system kept us cool the entire trip despite Oklahoma's 100 degree day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The appliances were all up to date and worked great. Don't let the word "Vintage" give you the wrong impression of being old and dysfunctional. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The views from the balconies at sunset were made for pictures. We rented a boat during our trip and had full access to dock. Kids caught catfish off the dock at night while the rest of us played games in the downstairs area. The location is in Disney which allowed for much calmer waters to tube and sunset cruise. The town of Disney was literally 1/2 mile away with convenience stores, bait shops, and diners. A little further drive (10 minutes max) was Langley that had a Reasor's grocery store, Dollar General, and Sonic amongst other services. My wife went shopping at a few of the boutiques and found all kinds of cute, unique items. I could go on and on...but needless to say we had a blast and weren't disappointed in anyway. We plan on being sometime in the Fall to relax and fire up the fireplaces and vintage wood burning stove to watch football and get some fishing in. You won't be disappointed!

We came for the weekend to ride side-by-sides. The house was fabulous with a wonderful lake view. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was very well stocked with every possible utensil you would need! The house was cozy and inviting and offered fabulous outdoor spaces to enjoy as well.A very family, friendly neighborhood and the neighbors were quite lovely as well.

We absolutely loved this house! Plenty of room for our group to both spread out and have their own space, while also being able to come together and hangout as a group inside and out. The view of the lake was also amazing!We came down on a sxs trip. The home had trailer parking (though the road there is a bit narrow...not the host's fault) and was super close to all the riding areas. We spoke with the host on a couple occasions and Laura was very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We'll absolutely be back!

We absolutely love Grand Lake life. Folks are laid back and the days are easy. We love the neighbors in our area where everyone looks out for each other. The scenery is beautiful and you feel as if you are far away from the city life.

Relax in our peaceful, tree-filled location with large decks and beautiful view. Share your stay with ornery raccoons, gray squirrels and chipmunks who run across the deck. Fill the hummingbird feeder and watch the show! Private boat & swim dock accommodates up to 38' boat. Great fishing, swim & kayak cove! ATV trails just outside your door. Cedar Port Marina is within walking distance for fuel, drinks and ice. Mooney's Sunset Bar & Grill is also a few blocks away. There you can enjoy amazing burgers, live music on the patio and gorgeous sunsets!

Our area also offers year-round fun with ATV's permitted on roadways and interesting riding terrain. On colder days, enjoy a fire in our wood-burning fireplace.

The original cedar walls and 70's decor make this a one-of-a-kind experience. The 3 decks are "decked out" with Dish Network TV, DVD player with many movie choices and board games for family time. Well-appointed kitchen including dishes, cook & bakeware. Entertain with blender and charcoal grill. Cuisinart toaster. Full coffee service, including Keurig duo (both pod & pot) coffee-maker, Cuisinart grinder, also provided for those lazy mornings on the deck.

South Grand lake fun at its best! Mooney's Sunset Bar is nearby, and the infamous Dripping Springs is just a few coves over.
