3 BR, 4 BA Townhome – 1 Block To Main St – Cozy – Sleeps 10!

Nice Downtown Breck location: just a block off Main St. and a few minutes’ walk to the free ski shuttle to the slopes. And with two suites with private bathrooms (plus two more full bathrooms) it’s a great choice for multiple couples/families to share. You won’t find a better value in a downtown location for you, your family and friends!

This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome is a great mountain town escape for families or groups of up to ten. Inside, there’s a spacious living area complete with lovely bay windows for lots of natural light and views of the slopes, a large river rock gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the town and mountains. You can also enjoy great views just outside on the deck, as well as a gas grill and a table and chairs.

The kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for two more at the counter. The home also boasts a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a one car garage (plus another outside parking space). And as with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

- Bedroom 3: queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, private door to hall bathroom, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 5)

It is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The sledding hill is also within walking distance. Check in and out were easy. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect; the amenities are excellent; and the townhome is comfortable, clean and is just as advertised. There are several great spaces for gathering with comfy seating, a warm fireplace, bay windows with a view, three large bedrooms, and large table for dining, games, or just chatting with hot chocolate after a day a skiing. This place is really has it all! We would definitely choose to stay here again.

El lugar es acogedor y es perfecto en cuanto a ubicación, por estar en el centro de Breckenridge puedes llegar caminando a los mejores lugares . Otro aspecto fabuloso es que había de todo para sentirse cómodos incluso con los productos de limpieza (jabón, jabón de trastos, papel, toallas etc) además cabe mencionar que hasta condimentos para cocinar jabaun en la cocina . gracias !! Una sugerencia para los propietarios la lavadora y secadora deben reemplazarse ya que hacen demasiado ruido al momento de funcionar incomoda demasiado . Hasta la próxima !!

Great Syat!

Perfect location. The property was just as advertised. There were stairs, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Four bathrooms!! The property was clean, communication was outstanding. The sledding hill from “Christmas Vacation” was just a block away! Main Street was just across the street, and a grocery store was down the block (although taking the trolley to City Market will save you a few dollars). We loved our stay at Ridge Retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. We have stayed here before and its a great location. Check in/out is easy since its all done on your phone. Games and puzzles available for the kids, available pack and play, humidifiers in each room. TV in one of the bedrooms is still a tip hazard, if the dresser is rocked. Also, the hot water is scolding hot (>120 deg) and should be turned down for the safety of small children.

Perfect Location

One block from Main Street. Trolley stop across the street. House was well-stocked with essentials. Lots of room for family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental! It was easy to park the vehicle and not use it again unless leaving Breck. The house had many items available in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. which alleviated the need to buy many items at the grocery store. The only negatives were the early morning noise that came from the trash pickup across the street and not being able to use more than the garage entrance.

Just one block off of Main and down the street from the arts district made it the perfect choice for us. The house was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The large dining table made it great for team meetings and the comfortable living area was a wonderful spot to relax and gather after long days. We would happily stay here again and again.
