Ideally located, this Abode offers:

• Just three minutes to Deer Valley Resort slopes

• Approximately seven minutes to Park City Mountain Resort



From the moment you arrive, the home greets you with a warm, inviting atmosphere. A cozy fireplace anchors the living space, while large windows fill the home with natural light and frame views of the surrounding landscape—where wildlife sightings are part of the experience. The open-concept kitchen blends rustic charm with modern functionality, creating an easy space for gathering. Upstairs, a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa offers flexibility for additional guests.





You’ll discover three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each reflecting a refined mountain aesthetic. The primary suite, filled with natural light and features a plush king bed, dedicated workspace, spacious ensuite bathroom, and access to a private deck—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings after a day on the slopes.
