Good location and outside space

We had a lovely stay here. The location was just right, not too far from town, and Ca Pepe restaurant a few doors away was a great bonus. The outside space was fab, plenty of room and able to be in the sun or shade. The villa was good, we had a few minor issues, but interhome sorted these quickly, with no fuss. Overall a great place to stay.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with a great garden area and pool. The kitchen was probably the best equipped that we have ever stayed in, in Spain. Having air conditioning was another bonus during the hot nights. We spent a lot of time around the pool and gardens, the outside furniture was very comfortable and plentiful. The water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms could have been better but that was the only thing that we found wrong with the villa. Would certainly book again.

The property is in a great location short 20 min walk to town, lively town with great holiday vibe plenty of restaurants. The villa itself was relatively clean and has great outdoor space great BBQ area. Inside is tired and could do with an upgrade for some of the furniture. The TV is not a smart tv therefore we were limited to a few dated English channels and couldn’t sign into Netflix etc. There is a mismatch of crockery, glasses ( total of 3 mismatched wine glasses) and kitchen utensils. There is an extreme lack of towels. Although towels are listed as being supplied there is one large towel and one small towel per person. There is no hand towel for either bathroom room or kitchen. The supply of towels does not include towels for the pool ( we did not know this before hand this should be made clear on the property listings you will need to bring your own which is unfortunate as they are weighty and bulky as luggage. The WiFi is extremely poor in all parts of the house we had to use our own data most of the time. There was initially a problem with large American cockroaches we worked out the issue was with the unused bidet we covered the access points and this worked. Communication with agency although curt was addressed promptly. We were given 4 extra towels, an outdoor parasol and hairdryer ( broken )were replaced promptly The pool was only cleaned once during our stay. A welcome folder would have been nice rather than a list of do’s and dont’s on the kitchen door

Globalement très bien quand les voisins sont calmes et sans animaux de compagnie… La fréquence d’entretien de la piscine est aléatoire, même si il est bien effectué.

Villa Jeanne-Marie

Lo alquilo por agencia, y la dueña de la casa,todos los días pasando por la casa,el primer día ya nos dijo que nos habíamos dejado la luz de la calle sin apagar, la piscina sucia, los cacharros de cocina, se apegaba toda la comida, los mosquitos se no comían,muchísimos trastos dentro de la casa , figuras , floreros con flor artificial sucias,santos, teníamos hasta una lápida en el jardin lo peor de todo es sentirte espiada, el chalet se ve más bonito en las fotos que en la realidad.

Mooie woning met 4 terassen, prachtig zwembad, buitenkeuken, 3 wc’s, en alles op wandelafstand van het centrum, supermarkt en één van de stranden. Playa Moraig is iets verder en moet je zeker bezoeken. Leuke plaatsen in de omgeving : Calpe, Xabia, Denia, Benidorm

Très charmante location.

Logement bien équipé ( avec la climatisation dans les chambres et la pièce principale, ce qui est vraiment un plus), très bien située et avec une piscine fort agréable et bien orientée. Environnement calme même s'il a fallu parfois demander aux proches voisins de baisser le niveau sonore de leur musique. Propriétaire accueillant qui est présent à l'arrivée et au départ.

Casa preciosa, totalmente recomendable!!! hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas, piscina preciosa y muy limpia. Todo muy bien cuidado. Mucho menaje de cocina y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Sin duda repetiremos, mejor imposible!

Superbe maison, le propriétaire est une personne très agréable très réactif pour toute intervention liée au fonctionnement de la maison, le nettoyage de la piscine est fait régulièrement, la maison est a mon gout trop personnalisée niveau décoration sinon tout est parfait

Superbe location

Je m'étonne de n'avoir pu rencontrer un personnel Interhome durant les 2 semaines de mon séjour: bureau toujours fermé à chacune de mes visites (3) pendant les heures légales. Aucun état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni à la sortie. Seul un contact téléphonique à l'arrivée ( location libre à partir de 16h.mais bureau fermé à 16h. ! ) pour m'indiquer où étaient les clés !

Gute Unterkunft und gute Lage

Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz modern aber sehr rationnel und gut eingerichtet, an einer guten Lage in Moraira, nicht weit vom Strand wo man auch zu Fuss hingehen kann, sehr ruhige Lage

Perfect rest

We had a wonderful time at this house! Exactly as advertised. All amenities were provided, clean, comfortable. The pool and outside area was great, location was excellent for exploring the surrounding areas. Myself and three friends and baby felt like we were in our own home. Thank You to Interhome and the owner of this charming property!
