De Eekhof - appartement 9

This 4-person apartment with two bedrooms is located in the former hotel complex of Hindeloopen. A very good location, just a few steps from the IJsselmeer. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is only accessible via stairs to a continuous balcony. From the balcony you have access to your apartment. You enter the living room with open kitchen (no dishwasher). One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is simply furnished, but most guests choose this pleasant place, mainly because of its location. From the balcony you have a view of the dike and in clear weather also of the IJsselmeer. From your apartment you can walk into the beautiful town center of Hindeloopen. You can not park directly next to the Eekhof, but about 150 meters from the apartment.

Hindeloopen is a beautiful small harbor town, known for its traditional costume. The annual championship Skutsjesilen starts every year off the coast of Hindeloopen. You can walk on the dike, go for bike rides or take a trip to one of the surrounding villages and towns like Sneek. There are also many guests who enjoy water sports such as windsurfing or kite surfing. There is also the possibility to kayak along the dike and beaches. At the harbor you will find cozy cafes and restaurants.
