Water's Edge on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca

Need a break from the holidays? Come relax and recharge at this gorgeous lake house! Wake up and have your coffee looking out over the water at this well-appointed house. Fully equipped new kitchen with everything you might need for a celebration!  Our dining table seats 10. There are sliding glass doors to the water, 2-sided gas fireplace, living room with large sectional, desk, printer, & 65" smartTV. King suite w/fireplace, skylight, smartTV, & private outdoor deck with bistro set. Primary bath has a gorgeous glass shower with pebble floor, soaker tub, & skylight. Stunning queen guest room w/full bath. 3rd bedroom w/twin-over-full bunks, daybed, and skylight. Common area w/sleeper sofa, tv, 2 skylights, & reading nook.  Outdoor dining table, huge deck with comfy furniture, gas bbq, & 2 fire pits. Dock, boathouse, 3 kayaks, & paddle board. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. A/C, Wifi, new washer/dryer, blackout blinds, games, puzzles, and books for all ages. You will never want to leave!

House is 3 stories high. Ground floor full kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living room with fireplace leading to porch overlooking the lake. Second floor queen guest room with full bath, common area with sleeper sofa, half bath, "kids" bedroom with bunk beds and daybed. Top floor primary suite with king bed, full bath, fireplace, and private deck overlooking the water. Boathouse with lift for boats under 20 ft.



There are 60 stairs from the parking area to the house so this is not a good choice for people with mobility issues. There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway and another 3 at the top of the driveway. Entire property line is waterfront so children must be tended to at all times.

There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property including outside. Please ask any visiting guests to refrain.

Minimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years old.
