Beautifully renovated home in a great location
This house has been completely renovated and is modern and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and worked well. Parking was easy either on a front drive or on the street right in front of the house.
There is a large yard and a front porch.
The home is located in a very nice, quiet area within easy walking distance to several shops and restaurants.
Adam was very responsive and helpful.

Nice renovation
I was scheduled to work in KC for 6 months and thought I had it fixed. As it turns out, I only worked 3 months. The house itself is well appointed and furnished. Hardwood floors with rugs, great HVAC. The major complaint would be the water system. There is a nice washer dryer set up but not enough water flow to wash anything but small loads and only in cold water. Any other cycle quits after 10 min with the LO FLO showing in the display. I tried several cycles, but only cold wash would work
The location is close to Ragazza, a great Italian spot. Close to St Luke's and lots of construction.
Overall I'll give 3 out of 4 stars. I would absolutely recommend it and I would stay again..
