While the home shares one wall with a neighboring unit, all interior and exterior living spaces are fully private.
The home spans three levels, offering multiple areas to relax, work, and unwind.
Main Level The main level features an open and functional layout with a comfortable living area, dining space, kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. The living room offers ample seating for lounging, reading, or watching TV. Just outside the living area is a dedicated desk setup, ideal for remote work or studying.
The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic kitchen essentials. The adjacent dining area seats up to six guests and works well for meals, projects, or shared workspace use.
Upper Level The upper level includes the primary bedroom and additional sleeping accommodations. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a vanity-style desk with chair and dedicated task lighting, which can also function as a second workspace. Additional sleeping areas include a queen bed and a twin trundle setup, providing flexible options for families or small groups.
The home includes multiple bathrooms to support longer stays and shared use, with clean, functional layouts stocked with essential supplies.
Lower Level The lower level adds extra flexibility to the home and can be used for storage, quiet activities, or additional separation between living and sleeping areas, depending on guest needs.
Workspaces The home includes two dedicated work areas: • A main-level desk located just outside the living room • A desk/vanity workspace in the primary bedroom with a task lamp
These setups are well-suited for remote work, schoolwork, or extended projects.
Parking Guests have access to a private one-car garage. In addition, there is ample free street parking directly in front of the home, with spots typically easy to find on both sides of the street.
Community Amenities The home is located in a neighborhood with shared community amenities, including: • Green space and walking areas • Playground • Sand volleyball courts • Outdoor amphitheater • Water canals suitable for kayaking or paddleboarding (equipment not provided) • Coffee shop within the neighborhood
A fitness center is also nearby but requires a paid membership and is not included with the stay.
