Great location next to the slopes with a nice view. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 10 of us. The unit was very clean and well equipped, and the property manager followed up a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. Its a quick 3 min walk to the rec center building and we were able to use the hot tubs a few times.

Great Location!

We loved staying here! The location was great, very comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, wood fireplace, games and puzzles, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and great communication with Cottonwood Lodging were some of our favorite things! Thanks, we will stay here again!!

Solitude Ski Vacation

Great location for a family or group of friends ski holiday. Location to ski lifts makes it convenient. Great that each room had their own full bathroom.

Great Place for the family

More than enough room for the family. The kids loved taking over the upstairs as a play and craft room. Location was fantastic. Condition of the place was great. Would do it again!

We really enjoyed our stay and how spacious the rental was. There is not a barbecuer as listed would be my main complaint as we brought food to grill.

Great location

One of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen. The condo was a perfect set up for multiple families. Couldn’t beat the proximity to the lift. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

Great location

Accurate listing. Very clean. Everything went smoothly. Easy walk to restaurants and lift. Great place to ski Solitude or Brighton.

Ski vaca

place was very nice clean, well-appointed only lacked one thing, some things to help start a fire (newspapers, cardboard, fire starters, etc.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this townhome! It was clean, comfortable, roomy, easy access to the slopes. We had 11 people ranging from babies to grandparents and the townhome was an excellent base for us. FYI there is a pack n play and a good smoothie blender available. They also have put together one of the best rental info books I’ve ever seen. Communication with the rental company was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. All praise!

Awesome Ski In Ski Out Condo

Wonderful!

Property had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the multiple decks and taking in the scenery. Property management company was very prompt to respond to our few questions. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Family/friend get together

The property worked out perfectly for our 11 people - any more would have been tight. Great property - spacious and comfortable. I would suggest updating pots and pans and. a slow coffee pot - but that's my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

Easy walk to Apex lift and shuttle to Moonbeam base area. House has a nice kitchen and comfortable lodging. Game room and pool across the street were a plus for the kids. Annual friends and family ski trip

Solitude has limited large condo accommodations for multifamily and friend groups, but this condo was perfect for our group of 10. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we would need. The communal living room we found was a tad small for 10 adults but we made that work. The condo is easily access from the main roads and an easy walk to ski rental, as well as the base of the mountain. We love solitude in this condo allowed all of our families to spend another fabulous year on the mountain.

Family time

We had a wonderful stay at First Tracks. The condo, was clean, well stocked and so close to the Apex lift. For those in our crew who were novice skiers, the shuttle over to Moonbeam is right in front of the Apex lift and runs every 5 minutes. Could not be more convenient!! While the condo is a little tired, it's comfortable, plenty of room for a large crew to spread out and come together for dinners,movies and board games. Also, everyone at Cottonwood Management was fabulous!! We all agreed we'd stay again.

Solitude Townhouse

We were in Utah for a family wedding at Brighton ski area. This condo worked well for us as it was close to the road and only 5 minute drive to Brighton, which we made more times than I can count in 4 days! Plenty of room for 2 couples and another single son. We had a couple of small issues with the entry code and hot water but both were quickly resolved. We went to the pool once and it was easy to access, didn’t even need the key provided. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Nice layout with good area to store gear and boots. Good amount of beds/bedrooms for our group (3 families, 11 total). Super convenient location to slopes and hot tubs/pool. Condo is showing some signs of age/wear and tear in carpets and cabinetry but only cosmetic. Bed mattresses and pillows weren’t amazing but also weren’t horrible, just seems like replacement might need to happen sooner rather than rather. Good size garage.

A quick 100 yard walk to Club Solitude for the kids and 250 yards to the Apex lift. Two car garage for gear and cars. Nice layout with a great loft for a bunch of kids to sleep. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of basics already provided. Look forward to returning!

Great Location & Townhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was extremely responsive, as we ended up booking this house last minute because of road closures. It was hard to locate because the snowbanks were 8 feet high, but it was the perfect location for our two families with 6 kids to walk to the apex lift with their equipment and skis. Plus, the pool / hot tub access as the club was very close. The house itself was very well stocked, and we were able to receive an instacart delivery. The rooms and decor were great, and I loved the stories behind all of the artwork pieces. The multiple flights of stairs was definitely a challenge between the altitude and being out of shape, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to ski / board the amazing Solitude!

Nice home. Hard to Find.

Very nice home with a lot of stairs and levels. Enjoyed our stay at the house. One major problem was it's Extremely difficult to find. Arrived at 10pm and drove around for an hour trying to find. Google Maps doesn't recognize this place. Solitude employees couldn't help me find either. Nobody answers phone at this hour. Once found, cannot use front door and the front porch was under construction. Garage door in back isn't marked well with address. Garage is very small 2 for 2 cars. My truck would not fit. Rough night but house is great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Solitude several times every year and always stay with Cottonwood Lodging! They are local and go above and beyond any other property management company we have ever stayed with to take care of their guests. Carole and her team are amazing! The First Tracks townhome is one of our favorite properties; but book early! We are glad to say that Solitude Ski Resort seems to be doing a much better job of taking care of guests who come to ski, eat, use Club Solitude, and put their kids in ski school than they used to when guests did not rent through them. Glad to see Solitude is focusing on running a ski resort and not continuing to try to dominate the accommodations in the village. This makes for a lot more options and better customer care with companies like Cottonwood Lodging. It is becoming a better experience every year! Thanks for another great stay Cottonwood Lodging and Solitude!
