19th Floor Pelican Beachfront with Ocean View

Welcome to your family vacation home at Pelican Beach Resort, Destin; with all the conveniences of a direct beach vacation rental.
Your beachfront condo is on 19th floor, optimizes your endless gulf view with the ease of beach access.
With our upgrades, we want our guests to feel like they are staying on their beach home. Your home is in the heart of Destin and just a short distance from The Harbor Walk, directly across the street from The Big Kahuna Water Park.

Condo has 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in a bunk bed setting in the hallway and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 in the living room. Master bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and guest bathroom is in the hallway. Coin/credit card operated washer and dryer are located on every floor, right by the elevator area. We provide pack & play in our units (no mattress or linens provided)

We provide start up supplies of toilet paper, hotel sized soap and shampoo, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry tablet. Beach towels are NOT included.

Both Smart TVs have Cox Ultimate cable package. High speed Wifi in the unit and property grounds.

2 beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided for your pleasure. NOTE: Private sets can only be placed behind rental rows.

Heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, seasonal beach service, seasonal beach side Tiki Bar, free parking with paid EV chargers, tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grills are available for your use in the resort. NOTE: Tennis/pickleball courts will be closed between Dec'25 and Mar'26

Kitchen has all the dishes and kitchenware, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (k-cup and drip) and toaster.

Door code and detailed arrival information will be emailed and texted 7 days before check-in.

HOUSERULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private set ups are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not provide beach towel and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.
