A warm welcome to The Little White House, brightly decorated, and modern holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a relaxing “Florida Room”, with a pool and garden in the heart of beautiful Cape Coral.
The pool has a new electric heater.
This house has everything one could need to fully unwind.
Enjoy some true Florida flair in the comfortable, gorgeously designed interior.
Each bedroom features a large closet with plenty of room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower + toilet and the other with a bathtub + toilet.
The living area comes equipped with a 55” Smart TV as well as a Blu-Ray player and a stereo system. Only regional TV programs included. Each room has air-conditioning. There are also ceiling fans. By the lovely private pool, there is a gas grill and plenty of seating, perfect for some cosy poolside dining. The fan provides a cool breeze. The pool area also has loungers for sunbathing and plenty of towels.
If it is a little bit colder, you can heat the pool with the electric heater, so you can enjoy your bath the whole time.
Just outside the pool area, there is a garden that is great for playing badminton and football with the kids or even just for running around.
The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you could need for cooking and baking.
The wonderful Florida Room is the ideal place for reading, relaxing, and just about any other peaceful activity you could think of.
Books, board games, outdoor toys, and much more are freely available—all in German and English.
The cleaning fee will be doubled if you bring a dog with you.
The hot tub in the video is no more there.
The garage is not available for parking.

The entire electricity costs will of course be charged extra, a payment per day will be charged for this, then billed according to actual consumption ($0.20 per kw/h). Overpayments will of course be reimbursed, additional consumption will be collected via the security deposit.

Nice place in a great location. Close to several restaurants and the bridge. Had one issue with pool pump which the property manager worked to resolve quickly.

The Little White House was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing. Communication with the owner and caretaker was smooth. Easy to get to main road to beach and restaurants. Neighbors are friendly.

Our Second Stay

This was our second stay here and it was as enjoyable as the first. Home is very clean, comfy bed and has everything you need for your vacation. Very private, quiet neighborhood. The pool is crystal clear and tropical backyard is beautiful. Property Manager is SUPER nice and gracious. Look forward to another visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing "me-cation in this home. It was incredibly affordable. My family and i have stayed in Cape Coral many times. This rental was in a very quiet neighborhood despite hurricane repairs. The king size bed was very comfortable. The larger bathroom could use updating although it did not effect my stay. The pool was inviting and warm. Annett and Joe the caretakers for the property were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were absolutely terrific! I will definitely book again!

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED

The property was in a great location, next door neighbors brought us some cake. The house was so interesting with their decorations, it was clean, great beds & bathrooms. There were a few issues, we had never used ROKU TV and couldn't have local stations on, and we were shocked when the managers took pictures of the electric meters, the day we arrived and left. Got a notice that we had to pay 94.00 for usage. This was never stated either thru VBRO or the property listing. We were not very happy/ Other than that it was a nice rental. Everyone was very kind.

Thank you for your great review to our Little White House, although there was a discrepancy with the electricity costs. But there is a reference to it in the description of the house and you won't find a house in Cape Coral for rent including electricity. These are costs that cannot be calculated in advance, so you pay what you use. But we will try to find a better way to indicate the cost of electricity , okay?

Additional expenses

Well located , small house, very clean and comfortable. But owner keeps adding expenses, we Cleaned the BBQ grills but did not change the foil paper underneath and he is asking for 50 Euros for this …. No live TV could not watch Super Bowl without additional cost. Heated pool was not working as promised, major leak which was not fixed for more than 10 days…. We had to add water to pool constantly. All in al would never return,.

Additional expenses are normal if I do NOT declare bringing TWO dogs with me and one of the dogs is as big as a calf !!! And if I don't clean the grill, somebody from the cleaning team will do it and I must pay him. Strangely enough, we haven't had any problems since they left !!??

Relaxing stay in Cape Coral

My wife and I, and our little dog, Stewie, spent a very relaxing month at "The Little White House". Over all, the house is very nice, especially if you look at it as a "cottage", more than a house. The house was very clean, but definitely could benefit from some updates. The outdoor spaces, where we spent most of our time, were excellent. The lanai and pool are very private, clean and well maintained. The landscaping is really nice, cactus, palm trees, flowers, etc., but wasn't very well maintained. A little TLC would make it outstanding. The first few days, we had a little issue with the pool heater, but after Joe, the property manager, got it re-set, we were able to keep the pool at a nice warm temp and enjoyed daily swims and lots of relaxing time poolside. The neighborhood, and where the house is situated, is very nice...very suitable for morning walks, and close to all that Cape Coral has to offer. Originally, we were a little apprehensive about having to pay for our electricity...and everything's electric: a/c, heat, oven, pool heater, etc.,but we used them all as we would at home, and ended up getting $130 refunded from our "deposit", so it all worked out well in the end. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral.

Nice property and neighborhood but.....

We stayed for more than a week at this property, and we did have a good time,. However we primarily rented this property over others, was for HEATED pool, but we were never able to use it during the entirety of our stay. Firstly, when we reached the property, there were tons of ants, and there was no strainer to clean the pool. We reported this to property manager, and he did clean the pool and left one for us to use to use for ourselves. However, the pool was never fully clean of the ants, and we cleaned the pool everyday, but everyday there were more ants in the pool. Secondly, the pool is SOLAR heated, although it was sunny almost during the entirety of our stay, the pool temperature never reached to a point, where we could use it. We asked the property manager to come and look at it, and spent couple days figuring it out if it is broken, but it turns out that is how it works!!! I know the description did say the pool is solar heated, but there should be caveat added to it. Let me also add that the video and description of the house is accurate for the most part, however there needs to a few caveats added. The pool I mentioned above. Other annoying thing was that the bathrooms are old and they need remodeling. Some of the issues I ran into, are not disqualifiers but inconveniences. Eg. The hot water heater is probably small, so if 2 people are taking shower at the same time, none will get hot water. The toilet seat is small (my personal pet peeve), and one of the toilet bowls had an issue where the water won't stop running. I had to stop it manually (I didn't report it during the stay as it wasn't worth my time to get it fixed). Couple minor things to be aware of, the backyard (especially grass) needs a lot of maintenance; the dining area is little cramped, and the chairs are made of metal - we hit out feet on it a few times. Note, the pool area in the video appears that it is glass covered, actually it is net (so you will get rain and some dust...). I think this is standard in this area, but wasn't obvious to us by looking at the video. A few positives, firstly the location of the house is pretty good. There is grocery store less than 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, and all the things that we wanted to visit, were not too far. The kitchen is very well stocked, there were lots of towels, and they had some card / board games, you probably will find something that you liked. But be warned that most of them are in German!!!

We bought a new pool robot and installed an electric pool heater. The pool is now heated by solar and also electric. We have a very good management and if something doesn't work, it will be fixed as soon as possible...

wunderschönes Haus mit mega Betreuung

Wir wurden schon im Vorfeld vom Hauseigentümer bestens betreut und auf Mails wurde sehr schnell und sehr höflich geantwortet. Vor Ort angekommen, haben wir uns augenblicklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt in einer angenehmen ruhigen Wohngegend und ist mit dem Auto aber alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen herzlichen Dank für Alles. Wenn wir wieder nach Florida reisen sollten, buchen wir in jedem Fall wieder bei Euch.

Schönes Haus für kleine Familie/Gruppe

Das Haus besitzt alles was man braucht und ist in einer super Gegend! Es war alles sauber und hat auch alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch möchte ich positiv erwähnen das man bei fragen rund ums Haus oder Aufenthalt den direkten Kontakt in deutscher Sprache hatte! Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal kommen .

Amazing Stay

The house was so beautiful and comfortable to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the three teenaged girls I had with me used it every day. It was private and secluded. The landscaping was so beautiful, like a tropical paradise. The house was very well maintained and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. We contacted the management company for a few things and they handled them immediately and were very kind and professional. We spoke directly to the owners and they were extremely helpful and patient with us. It was a relaxing, stress free and enjoyable trip. The location of the house was easily found and close to everything we needed. Vielen Dank to our German hosts.

Private Paradise

We had a wonder time at "The Little White House", home was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a very comfy bed. It is centrally located to shopping and restaurants (a LOT) of them. The pool was crystal clear and pool area had plenty of comfortable furniture to recline or have a snack at the table and chairs under the lanai. The back yard is a tropical paradise and at night the light up orbs were were very cool. We look forward to visiting again as the owners and the property managers were just so pleasant.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren im Juli 8 Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und hatten einen Top-Urlaub. Das „Littlewhitehouse“ ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was eine Familie mit Kindern braucht (u.a. Spiele, Sonnenschirm, Poolzubehör - auch alle Haushaltsgeräte sind „top in Schuss“). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Alles bestens

Hier bekommt man genau das, was auch im Inserat angeboten wird. Es war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist klasse. Wir haben uns mit unserem kleinen Sohn sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank dafür, dass wir einen entspannten Urlaub haben konnten. Perfekt!
