Tropical 2nd floor condo, ready for you to enjoy! Ceramic tiles throughout, brand new kitchen with marble countertops, large island, and stainless steel appliances, open floor plan, with balcony overlooking the pool and canal.

Location:
We are just 1 Mile to Downtown Cape Coral with lots of bars, restaurants, billiards, karaoke, art studios, and more! Traffic noise comes with being so close to downtown, but we have provided noise canceling / blackout curtains and sound machines for both bedrooms.

Beaches:
• 15 Miles to Sanibel Island
• 13 Miles to Fort Myers Beach

Outside:
Watch dolphins, manatees, turtles, and fish swim down the canal while enjoying your favorite cocktail at sunset.
The pool deck has a table with an umbrella if you want to eat by the pool.
There are several adirondack chairs and lounge chairs available for use.
There is a screened-in balcony so you don't have to worry about bugs.
There is an outdoor shower available in the pool area.

Living/Dining Area:
The living room features plenty of seating, a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.
We have a desk and wireless printer in the living room so you can work if needed.
The board accent wall in the living room is one of my favorite parts.
The dining table is apartment-sized with 4 chairs that can pull out to provide extra living room seating if needed.

• Noise-canceling and full blackout curtains to keep the noise to a minimum. Blackout curtains make the rooms feel like night, which makes it perfect for an afternoon nap.

• The master has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.
• The guest bedroom closet is huge! *Please note that the closet in the master is a locked space.
