The house is located on a property with three houses, with no direct neighbors. The village of Saint-Sauveur, with its shops, and the beach are a 3-minute bike ride away.
La Maison du Clouzy is a family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 10), approximately 150 m² on a 2,300 m² lot.

The ground floor features:
-A large, bright living room that spans the width of the house and opens onto the terrace, featuring a living area with a fireplace, a dining area, and a children’s corner with a bench, games, and a small table.
-A large, well-equipped kitchen-dining area that opens onto the terrace
-A master suite with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

-A bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds that can be pushed together, with an en-suite bathroom (shower and sink)

-A bedroom opening onto the terrace with two 80 x 200 cm beds (can be converted into a double bed), with a sink.

-A bathroom with a shower and sink

-A laundry area with a washer and dryer

Upstairs:
-A bedroom with three single beds (two of which can be pushed together) and a sink
