PARKING: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. 1 vehicle in the assigned spot in the parking garage and 1 vehicle may be parked in the uncovered spots outside the building on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are the HSB resort amenities included with the rental? Unfortunately, the resort amenities such as the tennis courts and yacht club are not included in the rental.
Is there a pool? Yes, our newly renovated Waters Towers is now open for the Water Condominiums and they're guests.
Where can I store my boat and trailer? The LBJ Marina is the preferred location for boat and trailer storage.
