Exceptional waterfront home located on Lake Marble Falls just minutes from the downtown area. Live, love, and play in one of the most coveted areas of Central Texas! A rare find, tree-nested lake home, with large floating docks; features amazing water views and natural light in every room.
Open floor plan, spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, soaring ceilings. The lakeside features multiple decks with spacious sitting areas to relax, and enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.
The space
3 bedrooms/2 baths complete the interior of this sanctuary for friends and family to enjoy the lake lifestyle!
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and surroundings including the multiple private decks, yard, and private floating dock. Parking in the driveway is available for as many as 5 vehicles. Fishing gear, 2 kayaks, and a pedal boat are also included to enjoy the lake!
The area
Marble falls has a great unique historic downtown area featuring local shops and eateries. This, as well as HEB grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy, CVS, Walmart, McDonald's, Starbucks, Dominos Pizza, Chick Fil-A, Wingstop, Moonies Burgers, etc are all within 10 minutes of driving from our location. Further out, check out Fredericksburg wine country, Pedernales State Park and Inks Lake State Park for some excellent hikes, and the surrounding area for bluebonnets when in bloom.
Other things to note
There is a workshop/storage building on the premise used for storage.

Spring break quick getaway

Last minute short spring break trip to Marble Falls. First time for the family to go and stay on the river. Had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to the river from the house. Excellent layout of outside lounging areas. Was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings! House well stocked with needed items. Comfortable beds in all the bedrooms. Spacious for family of six. Was thankful to have two kayaks and a paddle boat to use as part of the rental, however, only one life jacket was found. Would highly advise this property.!

Nice place but not worth the money

House was very clean, nice. Spectacular view! Comfortable beds Code didn’t work when we arrived after a 11 hour drive. Get into the house and ready to unpack- the room that sleeps 4 people has ZERO dresser or storage! Not comfortable for me to live out of my suitcase and have my kids living out of their suitcases while trying to relax. No laundry baskets, citronella candles. Previous renters’ condiments and stuff were still in the fridge. For the price we paid, plus the fees, was expecting a little more home comforts There are zero extra pillows or bedding, and just one blanket Not enough lake/beach towels No paper towels, napkins: we had to go out and purchase everything No floats or noodles either, had to purchase those as well Paddleboat and kayak was fun but one kayak was so filled with water we couldn’t even move it So we lost our dog. He snuck out early in the morning and we spent the entire day searching, driving around, posting, making calls, trying to find him. During this very frantic time, the host was messaging me many times to pay money even though the payment request (per vrbo) was not due for 2 more days Marble falls lake is very loud! Not really our scene. Constant boats blaring music and speeding by (very close to the dock) made it difficult to even hear each other talk when trying to hang out and chill. Maybe because it was the weekend, but a party boat came by late into the night. Very nice house and view but our experience was not that great.

Great place

Such a spacious and comfortable home! We stayed with our four adult kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Pretty well stocked home, only one tiny hiccup not having enough towels, but the host immediately responded. Convenient location in a quiet residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. Anyone with small children would definitely need to be on the constant lookout with all the stairs and the lake, but for adults it was perfect.

Reunion weekend

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this lovely home. Everything was as advertised. Could not have asked for a better place to spend time with dear friends. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful lake home

We stayed with my fiance's family over Easter weekend. The house was gorgeous with lake views everywhere. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking! We spent most of our time on the decks and the private dock. We loved the kayaks and paddle boat! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful spot

Stayed over spring break and it was perfect for my family. We have two boys and they loved the paddle boat and kayaks. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice home and great location with views!

The property was clean and well organized. The location is great, wonderful views of the river and surrounding area. My 3 grandkids stayed one night, they loved the loft area! We will stay again whenever the home is available.

Nice Stay

A nice property that appears as promoted. It was comfortable and enjoyable. The house does need to be deep cleaned. It lacked the intimate charm and personal touch of many VRBO's (metal dispensers in the showers, for example, much like hotels), but these were minor. Overall, it was a nice stay. The owner went above and beyond for us, allowing us a late check-out on Thankgsiving, which we really appreciated.

Awesome!!!

Although check in had some glitches the owner was overwhelmingly helpful! The view at the property was awe inspiring! The home was gorgeuos and welcoming and very comfortable. Little odds and ends available if you forgot your toiletries. Very roomy open floor plan and kitchen space. The water was beautiful and although too cold for us to jump into we were able to enjoy the water and the river on the paddle boat! That was fantastic! Loved visiting Marble Falls, the vac home and view and hospitality! Hope to be able to do it again when the weather warms up. Thank you!

Gorgeous Riverside in Marble Falls

Great Experience!

The lake house was beautiful and comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and she was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the kayaks and all the outdoor spaces to enjoy the view.

Great stay!

The house met all our needs. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the backyard was amazing. We really enjoyed using the pedal boat especially after our boat rental was canceled due to mechanical problems.

We fell in love with Marble Falls as it has a historic downtown, many trails nearby, Fredericksburg wine country nearby, Inks Lake State Park, Pedernales State Park nearby, and many other things to see do, and enjoy. This house and location make it much more enjoyable as you are on the lake and can drive less than 5 minutes to downtown, HEB grocery store, Starbucks, Walgreens, and tons of restaurants.
