Take a flight of stairs from the parking garage and enter from the hallway into the open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a foldout queen size sofa bed, a woodburing fireplace (wood is provided in the winter), a large SmartTV and access to the deck with views of the woods behind the condo. There is a desk working space.The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. The dining room has seating for 4 people. The master bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has the same beautiful granite that matches the kitchen. There is a walk-in shower with custom tile.Snowbird has coin opperated laundry onsite if needed. Each condo has 1 assigned parking spot in a covered parking garage (Garage Height 7'6"). Additional parking is not available at Snowbird. Please do not rent this property if you car will not fit in the garage. There are no other onsite parking options. Paid overnight parking is available at The Village if needed. No refunds will be given if you are not able to park in the garage.

Snowbird is a great location to access the ski area, bike park, drive to the lakes basin or the golf courses. Free Blue Line Shuttle is available year around or take the gondola to the Village in the winter. License 807-0041
