From the moment you enter, the soaring floor-to-ceiling black slate fireplace sets the tone—a dramatic yet inviting centerpiece that draws everyone together after a day on the slopes. The custom gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and après-ski feasts, while the open-concept living area provides the perfect place to unwind with a cup of cocoa and panoramic views of snow-covered trees.
Designed for comfort and privacy, The Ski Haus features two luxurious master suites, each with a king bed, en-suite bath, and flat-screen TV. One suite includes a private kitchenette—perfect for early risers or quiet mornings with coffee in hand. A third king bedroom and a family-friendly loft with a queen and three twin beds ensure everyone has a cozy retreat to call their own.
Step outside, and the magic of Park City Mountain Resort awaits—just across the street from the Silver Star Lift (we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation), giving you effortless access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. When the day winds down, explore Historic Main Street’s festive lights, boutique shopping, and fine dining—just a short ride away on the free Park City shuttle.
Whether you’re gathering around the fire, soaking in the crisp mountain air, or watching the snowfall from the comfort of your suite, The Ski Haus is more than a place to stay—it’s a warm, modern sanctuary where luxury and location meet in perfect harmony.

Reasons why you will be coming back year after year to The Ski Haus:
• Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• Perfect Location - on Park City Golf Course and across the street from The Silver Star Lift (please note that we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation.)
• Easy access to the FREE Park City transit system - right across the street (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060)
• Spectacular views of the golf course and the surrounding mountains
• Fully remodeled with designer touches throughout
• Free parking for 2 vehicles in the surface parking lot with provided parking permits

Main Floor (to access the condo, you will need to go up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between):
• Well-organized mudroom is configured with places to store your seasonal sports equipment. You will also find one of the 2 sets of full-size laundry appliances here.
• Secluded king master suite on main floor features a gas wall mount fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and a small kitchenette.
• Open concept great room is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of space for all your guests.
• Gourmet, chef-style, and fully equipped kitchen boasts luxury appliances, custom countertops, and gorgeous cabinetry.
• Comfortable bar seating for 5.
• Swoon-worthy coffee and beverage nook includes a wine chiller, espresso machine, and a traditional drip coffee maker.
• Stylish live edge dining table offers seating for 8 with views.
• Relax in the living area next to a glowing floor-to-ceiling black slate fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15).
• Scenic views are sure to delight from the balcony with BBQ off the living area.
• 1 of 4 full bathrooms is provided in the main floor great room area for convenience.

• Spa-like en-suite bathroom restores tired travelers with a soothing freestanding tub.
• Another beautifully appointed king guest room features a smart TV and elegant leather chaise.
• 4th full bathroom boasts sophisticated styling with a standing shower and marble throughout and is shared by the king guest room and the loft bedroom upstairs.
• Second set of full-sized laundry appliances are conveniently tucked away in the utility closet.
Third floor/Loft (another 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between):
• Artfully designed to be the perfect space for a small family.

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
