Great House and Great Location! - 100 Ft to Skiing & Short Walk to Main Street

Great home in a great location! Skiing/riding, mountain biking, hiking, shops, restaurants and night life are within walking distance. Park Cityā€™s Quit'n Time ski run is just 100 feet away and provides ski-in, ski-out access to the largest ski resort in the United States. The city-maintained stairs in front of the house take you down to historic Main Street shops and more than one-hundred restaurants and bars. Deer Valley Ski Resort is 2 miles away and can be accessed via car, taxi or city bus.

Our home is exceptionally clean, nicely appointed and well maintained as evidenced by our many 5-star reviews. The house received fresh paint and new carpet and linens in the fall of this year, 2024. The houseā€™s living area and 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths are located on three levels. The middle level comprises the living and kitchen/dining area, a half-bath and the ski prep area. The top level has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have high quality king size beds. A large hallway divides the bedrooms, so there are no common walls. The lower floor comprises two bedrooms and a shared bath. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. A large hallway also divides these two bedrooms, making them private and quiet. The pullout couch in the living room is a comfortable queen-size bed and can sleep two kids. The converted garage is accessed from the middle living area and is set up as a heated ski prep room with boot/glove dryers, ski rack, lots of coat hooks, ping pong table, dart board, music and TV. It is the perfect staging area to store the gear and get the crew equipped all at the same time. The home has an outdoor hot tub that is maintained daily, with the objective of providing the cleanest, best maintained tub in Park City.

Very few homes anywhere, even in Park City, have this convenient access to skiing and Main Street fun. It is a great home-base location that allows everyone in the group to do their own thing on their own schedule while minimizing, or eliminating, driving and parking.

About the ski resort and our access: Park City and the Canyons ski resorts combined into a single resort making it the largest ski area in the United States. In total, the resort has 7,300 acres, 42 lifts, 3,500 chairs, 300 trails, 17 peaks, 14 bowls, and 34,400 feet of combined vertical. The Quit N' Time ski run is adjacent to our house and takes you down to the Town Chairlift. It is a 100 feet walk over flat terrain to access the ski run. At the end of your day you will return to the same location, and retrace your steps to the house. If you have been to Park City before you will know that this is a luxury that few other properties offer. Most rentals in town require driving to the resort or climbing up and down long flights of stairs to access a ski run.

Park City Snow Ski Trip

First you could not have better hosts! Both Debbie and Jeff were outstanding. We had four feet of snow while we were there and needless to say that brought many challenges for travel. Four wheel drive is definitely the best way to access this property as stated in the description. Loved the in and out skiing although you must have intermediate skills. ā€œ10ā€

Quit 'n Time

The house was even nicer than the listing. The entire house was updated, clean and had every amenity and more that you would expect from a ski house. The property manager/owner left a bottle of wine for us and some beverages in the refrigerator. There were chocolates in the family room. Their attention to every little detail was impressive. They had plenty of towels, etc for everyone and even had robes that we wore to and from the hot tub. The garage had a ping pong table and was carpeted and heated so we were able to keep all of our ski equipment there each night. It even had a TV on the wall. The house was a five minute walk to town down a set of stairs. Be warned though, the walk back up the stairs was definitely a work out. Once you got to the house, you really didn't need to drive anywhere. All of the Park City restaurants were walking distance from the house. Also, the ski trail was literally 200 feet from the house and we were able to ride it down to the Town Ski LIft. I would highly recommend the house and would stay there again.

House That Will Not Disappoint!

No surprises. House was top notch. This will be first place we try and reserve on future visits. Bedding, towels, cookware, location, hot tub, gear room/garageā€¦ all exceptional. Could not complain about a thing!Only warning would be we highly recommend speaking to owners about parking and transportation. She stressed how important it would be to have 4wd and boy was she spot on! We flew into town in the middle of a big storm. Our Uber from the airport could only get us two streets from the house. We got stuck carrying luggage up two flights of steps. We went a private driver the owner recommended for the trip back to airport.

Family Ski Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quit N Time. The house was immaculately clean and beautiful, and so well appointed with linens, kitchen supplies, and a perfect ski prep garage. The house was spacious for our 2 families with teen children, and we enjoyed using the hot tub. Our hostess Annie was very attentive, and promptly brought us ice and reset the ice maker, and brought salt for the driveway when we needed it. The only challenge we had was the access to ski in to the house due to the ski patrol strike/terrain issues. This was not communicated to us prior to the trip, but we did figure it out with the use of our car to return to the house, and obviously the conditions were out of the control of the owner/hostess. We would definitely return to this property if we come back to Park City. Thank you for an enjoyable stay for our 2 families!

Annual Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It was convenient to both skiing and Main St. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Debbie is a great host who thought of everything needed for our stay including welcome beverages and a handwritten card! Would highly recommend Quit N Time for your stay.

Perfect Place

Perfect location. Short walk to ski run and also steps right out front leading down to Main Street. House is perfectly equipped, stocked, maintained and decorated. Heated garage for ski gear including boot/glove dryers is icing on the cake. Me and my family couldn't be happier with this place for our Spring Break ski trip!

The property was as advertised and more! We walked about 100ft from the driveway and were on the snow. From there on, there was a much shorter walk to the town lift and we were on our way. To get back to the house, the slope is a little steep but we were able to ski all the way to the street to walk back. The house was well appointed with bed warmers as well as boot and glove dryers, so that our gear was ready to go the next morning. We were able to cook breakfast for six, come home and have lunch in 30min and then go back to the slopes to maximize our skiing. Debbie and Jeff are incredibly responsive, very generous and kind. Overall, the experience was terrific!

Last stop!

Look no further if you want a great house in a perfect location. We had a group of 8 adults, half of the group went skiing daily while the other half opted out and did other activities. The skiing accessibility was extremely convenient. Literally walk lass than a 100 yards from the door and you are putting on skis. The non skiing group found it extremely easy to get where they wanted to go as well. Main Street was a just a few minute walk away. The house itself was a perfect layout. Everyone has their own bedroom. The living space was comfortable with plenty of room to accommodate 8 adults. The kitchen had everything you need as far as cookware and spices. The jacuzzi was icing on the cake. The owners are awesome too. Great communication from Debbie during and prior to the trip. She made sure we had all the intel we needed to navigate the planning of everything. They were accessible to any questions we had while we were there as well. Just great people and easy to deal with. Canā€™t go wrong booking this place.

Wonderful hosts, great location

First off, Debbie and Jeff were outstanding hosts. The property, adjacent to their residence, was just as described and a great home for the eight of us. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet and very close to the slopes. A few small matters came up (e.g. fire alarms needing new batteries), and they responded very quickly. Thank you Debbie and Jeff! We had 5 feet of snow in 6 days, and the driveway and paths were always shoveled. We left some items which Debbie kindly shipped to us. Unfortunately there wasnā€™t enough snow to ski back to the house (we could ski out), but I expect that has been solved for this season (only about 31 inches reported at the base prior to our stay). Thank you, Debbie and Jeff for a fantastic stay at your property.

Perfect location!

We have come to Park City the week of Christmas for the past five years. This year we decided to stay in town, It was perfect! We were able to walk to main street (Be aware it's a couple of flights of steps -but we enjoyed the fresh air and exercise after dinner!) The Property was clean , well stocked and easy check in, Debbie made it simple! Welcome letter and Goodies were much appreciated!!

Park City Family Trip - Superb Experience!

This was a family trip with parents and 5 young adults. The home community is quiet, peaceful, and just off Main St so you don't have traffic. The house was clean, and well stocked, with comfortable beds, a hot tube, and plenty of space for cooking and sitting 7 people. Easy stair walk down to town or trail out to lifts. Debbie was an excellent host, communicated well, and answered my questions. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this unit!

Debbie was wonderful to communicate with and always helpful and prompt. Her home is lovely and so well-appointed and comfortable. Kitchen lacks nothing- spices, pots and pans, coffee station has everything. Hot tub is terrific and there are even robes for every guest. Slope are just a minute walk away. Ski home. Lovely gas fireplace kept the house cozy, ping pong and boot warmers in the garage. Donā€™t look any further. Book this house now!

Perfect Park City

We had an amazing stay in Park City at Quit N Time. The house was perfect for our group of two families. It was extremely well stocked with essentials, clean, and comfortable. And the location couldnā€™t be beat! We utilized the ski in ski out access to town lift and walked into town to explore. The heated garage space and boot warmers were luxuries we really appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home.

Wonderful Experience

Our family had wonderful experience staying at this property. Debbie the host for this property was awesome she was responsive on any questions we had and she went the extra mile by saving a extra parking space for the third vehicle. The home was excellent: clean, organized and the kitchen was fully stocked plus Debbie had cold beverages waiting for us at arrival. The 4 beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The location is great just walking distance to Main street. Overall we had wonderful time and would stay here again.

We were born and raised in Michigan, but are long-time residents of Utah and Park City and love living here and enjoying all that the area has to offer in the summer and winter.
We live in an adjacent house just up the shared driveway.

We chose to live in old town Park City at this location because it provides walking access to skiing, restaurants, shopping and night life. There are few locations like this anywhere, even in Park City.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

In the winter we have skiing and snowshoeing a few steps away. In the summer we have hiking and mountain biking equally as close. All year long we have restaurants, shopping and night life out the front door and down the stairs to main street.
