You will love the abundance of windows with beautiful views from every room, high vaulted ceilings, spacious areas to make memories together and a large deck with a personal hot tub that looks into the White National Forest. Snowshoe from your back door! Centrally located, we are just a few minutes away from the slopes and town and all nearby ski resorts! Come be our guest and bring the whole family for a mountain vacation!

The Space:

Please note: Parking in the driveway only, no garage parking available.

The First Floor has an open floor plan with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings and beautiful views in every direction.

* Spacious Living Room: Large gas stone fireplace, wet bar, big screen smart tv with cable and streaming services via your personal logins, large leather sectional couch, leather chairs and plenty of room for socializing and relaxing for everyone.
* Large Dining Room: Formal dining area seats 8 people with views out into the backyard.
* Kitchen Table: Seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3 with bar height stools. We have a highchair and booster for little ones. With plenty of room for meals, the tables often host game night with the many board games in the closet.
* Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the necessities (including spices) needed to prepare a gourmet meal for all. High-end stainless-steel appliances, drip coffee maker, crockpot, blender and so much more, including an additional ice maker in the garage. We have also provided you with a starter package of coffee, sugar, creamer and tea.
* Large indoor entrance area from the garage: Large closet, bench and hooks for jackets.
* Full Downstairs Bath: Full bathroom with walk-in shower adjacent to the kitchen and garage.
* Heated\Finished Garage: The garage will be your main entrance into the house as it has a large mud room area to take off your boots and store your ski and snowboard equipment. Also, a ping pong table and a foosball table are available for your entertainment in the heated garage. No available parking in the garage.
* Backyard Deck: Located from the kitchen hosts a 6-person personal hot tub, an on-demand gas grill and outdoor dining for 6 all looking into the White National Forest.

The Second Floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, a bunkroom and washer and dryer. All bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming access via your personal logins.

* Master Bedroom: King bed, personal gas fireplace, very spacious with high vaulted ceilings and many windows with beautiful views. There are plenty of dresser drawers to store your belongings, no closet space is available but we do have an area to hang your clothes.
* Master Bathroom: Very large en suite with walk-in shower, jetted tub and double sinks.
* Twin Bunk Room: Connected to the master, perfect for kids or teens. One bunkbed with two twin beds and lots of toys for the kids to enjoy.
* Bedroom #2: One bunkbed with two queen mattresses that can sleep 4 people, dresser drawers and a closet for your belongings.
* En Suite Bath #2: Full bath with walk-in shower, no tub.
* Bedroom #3: King bed and closet space for your belongings.
* En Suite Bath #3: Full bath with shower and tub combination.
* Washer and Dryer: Located in the hallway closet of the second floor.

Centrally Located with a vast array of dinning, shopping and entertainment nearby in Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, our Ski House is a central vacation destination! Along with skiing, Keystone offers ice-skating at Keystone lake, tubing at River Run and x-country skiing and snowshoe rental at the golf course during the winter. Summer and fall are beautiful for hikes, golfing, biking and fishing.

There is additional tubing in Frisco and Breckenridge also offers skiing and indoor ice-skating. For a really unique experience Good Times Adventures offers dogsledding and snowmobiling near Breckenridge.
