There is an ocean view from every room of our 'Beachtreasure,' a lovingly restored vintage charmer in the heart of the Village, managed by Oceanside Beach Rentals. Beam ceilings, tile floors, and breath-taking views of the Three Arch Rocks AND Cape Lookout greet you the moment you enter this cozy beach retreat. Contact us directly for the best and latest information.

This is the perfect home for a romantic getaway, multi-generation family reunion, or beach vacation with the kids. The warm atmosphere invites romance and rekindles relationships. Just steps away are miles of beach to walk, a tunnel taking you to another beach adventure, a great little coffee shop and one of the best restaurants on the Oregon Coast.

Each of the three main bedrooms has its own special appeal. They all have an ocean view (two with an exceptional view), pillow top queen bed; and tasteful dƩcor. Two have attached baths, though at least one should be shared with your other guests. There is an open room with two double futon beds great for kids or teenagers to enjoy high def TV/DVDs, games, and music. Downstairs, adults can enjoy quiet conversation; music from your own online collection; and cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen.

Listen to the pounding surf, enjoy sunrise and sunset on the decks, and keep an eye on older kids while they play on the beach. (There is a clear view to the beach to the north and south, but the view is partially blocked directly west.) If you want to keep in touch with the rest of the world, wireless high speed internet access and free domestic, Canadian, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Norther Mariana Islands and American Samoa long distance are here for you to enjoy. And you donā€™t need to leave your four-legged family members at home. Well-behaved critters are welcome.

Views were wonderful, location was perfect. So easy to stroll to Tunnel Beach! Stairs to access may get a little difficult if you have older dogs (or humans) after a day of adventuring.House has all amenities, was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and first time to Oceanside!

What a wonderful getaway. The ocean beaches are amazing. The walk is easy. Although the home is a bit outdated. It was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for a nice getaway with our adult son and his family. A few highlights for us was a beautiful deck and furniture. we spent a lot of time out there just watching the ocean and soaking up the sun. The kids loved the TV room. We loved the dining room. We spent a lot of evenings, playing cards or coloring with the kids.

Our visit was a get together with dear friends and one surprise 3-year-old grandchild. The house could not have been more comfortable and was perfectly located for our numerous trips to the beach. The kitchen is unusually well-equipped and there are plenty of places to relax and visit. Kudos to the owners, manager, and housekeeper(s) who provide such a welcoming property.

Great stay by the ocean

We loved staying here while we were in Oceanside. We stayed for 5 days with 4 kids, 2 adults and 2 grandparents. The house was great and had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again.

This comfortable home has the charm of not being a cookie-cutter modern beach rental.. close to beach and good views throughout. I liked that TV was on 2nd floor and away from dining and lounging areas. Parking can be a problem if you have more than one vehicle - only room to park 2 cars if they are both small. Seniors & people with mobility issues beware of long flight of stairs to the front door. Lovely vintage beach get-away overall...would return!

Perfect get away in Oceanside

The view was wonderful and had an easy access to the beach and the home is on a quiet street . We also were so impressed with the adequate supply of soap for dishwasher, kitchen and laundry to be able to keep everything clean.

Fantastic place

Loved the property, wonderful views, warm house. Stocked with everything you could need. Will be back in the future. As stated in the listing parking is minimal. We had two small suvs and could not have had a 3rd car on site so car pool as much as possible!

My husband and I are retirees; he's a former electrical engineer and investments consultant, and I was a community college administrator. We now live on the Mendocino Coast in California, about 200 miles north of San Francisco. We love coming to this house and are happy to share it with you. It seems to bring out all the wonderful love we have, along with energizing us to take long walks and hikes, but balanced by creating delightful delicacies in the kitchen.

I've loved this home for nearly 40 years, having personally restored every inch of it from an aging 1920's beach cabin to a comfortable and cozy ocean view home. When I lived here, I was one of the founders of the local community college. I lived in this house with my young son in the 1980's and '90s. Many of the neighborhood kids were babysat here while we parents socialized nearby at the community center. If you look closely, you can see where the kids left their mark on the play cubby walls upstairs (accessible only by a ladder) and here and there on the woodwork. To me, these are marks of Oceanside history and sweet reminders of times passed. Although we now live on the Mendocino Coast in Northern California, we love coming back to enjoy this special place. The house became a vacation rental in 2009. My husband and I visit 2 or 3 times a year to help keep things in sparkling condition. Though often we work nearly nonstop, it is a labor of love and we hope you will enjoy our efforts.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

This is an especially well-stocked and well-appointed home, yet cozy, comfortable and inviting. Definitely not your typical vacation rental. You are close to the sounds and sights of the surf and it's just a one minute walk to the beach for most anyone. The beach at Oceanside is unlike many others. Its long expanse allows you to walk several miles in each direction. We manage a morning walk on the beach every day. In the afternoons, we walk to Netarts and get our favorite Tillamook ice cream, currently Mudslide. No matter how hard we are working, we always take breaks whenever the paragliders or eagles soar by. Every visit, we hike at Cape Lookout and Cape Meares State Parks, have a good dinner at Roseanna's, and drink in the view along with margaritas on the deck. Cooking fresh oysters on the grill is another favorite. Nearly every night is concluded in an attempt to get an even better sunset photo than we did the night before.
