This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 6th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has 2 loungers, a table with 2 high top chairs and a small table with 2 more chairs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

The property is in a great location right on the beach. Home is exactly as shown, everything worked well (meaning the tv’s) just a wonderful trip close to everything.

Excellent beach condo

Incredible balcony with wonderful views. The unit is very nicely decorated and in great condition. Well stocked kitchen and flat screen TV's in all major rooms. Would stay here again.

Loved it!

We were initially nervous about getting there and checking in. The whole process was very simple the condo is beautiful and I would definitely stay again! This was our first trip to Panama City and it was the best experience from beginning to end!

Condo was great! Check-in and facilities very easy to get around. Everything thing was perfect except for not being able to get into the ocean due to the storms and rip tides. I would stay here again. Restaurant across the street was fantastic, great baked oysters. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely place

The room was lovely and the complex was the saving grace when dredging happened right in front of our condo all hours day and night. We were able to communicate our grievances to the owner and she was very sympathetic.

This condo is decorated beautifully, which is what attracted us to booking the space.The bed pillows and outdoor cushions were flat and very uncomfortable.The beach chairs being included with the rental was also appealing, but the guy in the booth was not friendly and we had to ask for an umbrella (we have rented here before and had much better service).The elevators in the building are creaky and another set of guests told us they were breaking down (we did not experience that but were leery each time we got on them).The location of the property is nice and the beach was never overcrowded. The staff and rental coordinator, Helen, were all exceptionally friendly.

Perfect condo

This condo was so cute! We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle for a couple years now and have always booked different condos by Helen. They’ve always been perfect! This was the cutest place with its decor, and as always it was clean! We love this resort as it’s right on the beach but not in the middle of all the other condos so it’s never overwhelmingly crowded. Highly recommend!

Excellent!

Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need and then some. Beds were cozy with pull down shades in each. Check in and check out were super easy. The host, Helen, was available quickly when we had questions and has really made this condo a home away from home. Balcony was huge! Beach was gorgeous!! Our family had a fabulous week!!!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in this beautifully decorated condo. The front bedroom has a sleep number mattress which was a nice surprise, as that is what my husband and I have at home. He prefers a hard bed and I prefer a soft. We just wished it was in the master. The balcony furniture was comfortable and a nice place to hang out . We’ve rented from Helen before and as always, she is easy to book with and is quick to respond to any needs. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to come back.

Beautiful, but...

The condo and the balcony was amazing. My only complaint is I tried several times to contact owner during the stay and check out and didnt get any response. Even though it was beautiful and a great location, I think $40 for parking and the cost of the condo is a little ridiculous. I only paid it because my family hadn't been on a vacation in 8 years and it was a much needed vacation.

We got to see 2 dolphins playing and jumping from the balcony. I've been renting from Helen for over 10 years. It's one of my favorite places to stay on the quitter end of the beach. Mike's Oyster Bar is across the street and it's my favorite place to eat dinner not to mention Thomas's Donut Shack is just down the road. Mike own's both places. Close to Pier Park. You have to try the Lobster Roll at Mason's Lobster Roll in Pier Park. Amazing. Andy's Flour Pour is another favorite of mine for breakfast. You will not go wrong renting a condo from Helen. She's always been there to assist me in all my needs to help me get the perfect condo.

Bike week

We have stayed in this condominium 4 times now, usually with another owner, we choose to stay with this one because it was a tad cheaper. The condo was nice and had starter things such as TP, garbage bags, paper towels. We stayed 3 nights and did not have to buy anymore . Check in for wrist bans and parking passes was quick and easy, however we did get a ticket on our trailer , and I specifically told her where we parked to make sure that was ok , and the trailer right next to us did not . Weird situation , however the condo owner and security guard were very helpful. The ticket came from the condo next door this condo was renting spots to. (Mind you this was bike week so we had a trailer, would have no issues with regular vehicles .) over all our room and stay was good. We will most likely be back .
