The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and has been fully stocked with all the small and large appliances you'll need for preparing wonderful meals. The Dining area has a beautiful wooden table with seating for six with four chairs and a bench along with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The living area has a direct view of the Gulf waters and includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and recliner. The furnishings are some of the most comfortable you'll find.

The master suite offers a king size bed, luxurious bed linens, and TV. There's a large sliding glass door that provides gulf views and adjoins the balcony. You can crack open the balcony door and listen to the gentle crashing of the waves as you drift off to sleep. The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area and offers views of 20+ miles of coastline. The balcony provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets or sunrises, taking naps, or enjoying meals or drinks.

PARKING: Reserved, exclusive use, parking makes parking a breeze! All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.
