Enjoy an EZ Dock system for boats, jet skis, and kayaks—six provided! Relax on your private deck, or walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and Casino. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, grill, and washer/dryer included for the perfect Sylvan Beach getaway.

Each unit has large eat-in kitchen, equipped with large/small appliances, Keurig, washer/dryer, large deck, floating dock, and kayaks/life jackets. The grill, located outside on the floating dock, is shared between the floors

Water Access:
Enjoy dock access for kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. Please notify us if you plan to dock a boat during your stay. EZ Dock can dock 1 boat with a max length of 45 feet and has a jet ski and kayak launch. 6 Kayaks available for guest use.

Heating & Cooling:
The home features a wall-mounted mini-split system and electric baseboard heaters for heat. For cooling, the main living area is air-conditioned with the mini-split system, while the bedrooms have window units and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable.

***Please note: This home is a duplex. The first-floor unit is located directly beneath the upper unit, so you may occasionally hear light footsteps or activity from the guests above.
