We had a great stay, walking distance to village and attractions. Canal view was awesome, house was clean and perfect for us and pets. Very comfortable, hosts were easy to communicate with, would love to stay again!

Ron and Gina were, by far, the most amazing people to work with. They were so helpful and answered all our questions, in a very timely manner. The house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect house for our family and was in a great location. It was so nice having our own dock for our boat. We would recommend these owners and this house to others. It’s definitely a comfy and homey, home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

Camp vacation

Great location and enjoyed having boat right outside camp. Comfortable and bathrooms were great. Enjoyed kayaks.

Great time, great location

We had a very nice stay at 400 Kenwood. They were more that accommodating and the cottage was great! We loved having the dock access for our boat and it’s close to everything.

Fun time had by all

We all had a wonderful time and look forward to it every year! Ron & Gina are great to deal with! Cottage is in a great location and the dock is perfect for the fishing boat.

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped and very clean. Having a doc for our boat right at the house was great. Will definitely be coming back!

Fun relaxing week with family

We have stayed here before its a nice quite location. Loving the new updates! Kids enjoyed walking outside onto the dock to fish. Even with some rain we found things to do as a family.

Great place to rent!!

This was an awsome house to rent for the week. It had everything you needed except for your personal belongings. It's walking distance to town. It's a deffinate place to go if you haven't been to sylvan beach.

Cozy getaway and good for boating

Like the outdoor area and sitting outside. Fishing is great. The dock for the boat is so convenient. Two kayaks are good to use. Owner s are very responsive. Thank you

Super Property’ Owners

Ron and Gina Frawley ate outstanding property owners and are a pleasure to work with. They are completely attentive to renters’ needs and are immediately responsive to all communication. I’ll definitely return.

Cozy and hospitable!

We had a delightful stay at this location! The house was the perfect size for our cozy group and offered many unique amenities. The property managers could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. They were available around the clock to answer any questions we had and offered valuable insight and recommendations about the area. This above and beyond service really made us feel welcome and at "home" away from home.

Summer 2019

This property had everything that was advertised. Very clean and ready for our stay. The only thing I could recommend, and it's minor, is some room darkening curtains in the upstairs room. Otherwise very cozy and really enjoyed our time here.

Relaxing

Everything we expected! Great deck to watch the water and visit on. The garage is set up well to entertain. The side porch is a great place to sit out of the Sun Or when it’s raining. All in all a great experience! Thank you!!!

Comfort and Relaxation

This is our second stay at the lake house. Many new upgrades were made with the renter in mind. It was very comfortable and quiet. The cottage has a new dock where we parked our boat and the family enjoyed fishing there. The yard is well maintained and there is a fire pit to the side that was very enjoyable. Location is key with a short walk to town through a safe neighborhood. This will be our go to place in Sylvan beach.
